Inked (Punk Louis)

Tatianna lives a life full of rules and order. To tell you the truth she's sick and tired of it. What happens when she meets a punk by the name of Louis Tomlinson? He's covered in tattoos and piercings. Everyone says he's bad news. But can Tati stay away?

3. Bad Decisions

"Why was he following you?" a familiar voice mumbled from right behind me. I turned on my heel only to find myself inches from my friend, Harry. He was staring intently in the direction the car had driven off to as if he was expecting it to come bounding back down the road at any minute. Harry is like the brother I never had and is very protective of me.He looked angry and was clenching his teeth making his jaw line more prominent and his dimples disappear. I've been friends with Harry for a long time, yet I've never seen him this upset before. "How am I supposed to know? I don't even know who that was." he turned to look at me with a shocked expression on his face. "You're kidding right, love?" I looked up at him shaking my head slightly. He let out a loud sigh. "That was Louis Tomlinson's car." his green eyes darkened as he spoke the name. "Who?" I asked blankly. Although the name sounded vaguely familiar I hadn't a clue as to who it might belong to. Louis Tomlinson. Sounds nice. "He graduated last year after repeating senior year twice. I bet the only reason they let him is because the teachers couldn't stand another year with him." Harry had continued to stare down the road as he told me more about Louis. "He never did his school work, skipped school, and always found himself in detention. One time he even got caught getting high in the locker rooms. I'm surprised he wasn't expelled on the spot." I looked up at him curiously. "Why would they even let someone like that into our school to begin with?" I asked. Our school was meant for only the top students in our small town. It was known for it's strict policies and outstanding academics. It was the type of school that every parent would want their child to attend. How would someone like Louis even be considered for our school? "He wasn't always like that you know. Remember that boy who had gone missing for a while?" I nodded my head. It happened a few years ago and had been the talk of the town until the boy was found. "That was Louis. Before he went missing he was one of the best students this school had ever seen. He had straight A's and was even the captain of the football (soccer) team. He was the type of guy anyone could talk to. He was just really personable I guess. Then one day he just dissapeared into thin air. Had everyone worried sick." Harry seemed to have calmed himself down as he told the story. "Yea I remember that. People kept going on about how those types of things never happen in Doncaster. What ever happened to him? All I heard was that he was found and everyone stopped talking about him as quickly as they had started." Harry just let out a small chuckle. It was the truth though. It  was as if no one wanted to talk about the boy anymore. If I hadn't known any better I would've thought he had died. "That's because people didn't want to go around telling the story about how such a good boy had turned so dark.  To tell you the truth, it scared them. A month after Louis had gone missing he just appeared in school as if nothing happened. It wasn't the same Louis though. He came back covered in tattoos and piercings. He started refusing to follow any rules and wouldn't hesitate to rearrange anyone's face. Rumor has it he even spent some time in jail. But  worst of all he'd use innocent girls like you and hurt them terribly. This Louis was a monster." I was about to protest about Harry calling me innocent when I noticed his hands had balled into fists and he was clenching his teeth again. "Harry you alright?" I asked while resting my hand on his shoulder. He let out a loud sigh and looked down at me. "I will be if you just promise to stay away from him? I've seen him do terrible things Tati. I don't want him to hurt you in anyway. I wouldn't be able to live through that." I saw tears forming in his beautiful green eyes which tore at my heart. "I promise Harry." As soon as I spoke the school bell sounded and everyone began to file into the building.

     ~A Few Minutes Later-

I was sitting at the back of my math class casually drawing in my notebook while the teacher continued to write formulas on the board. I hardly ever pay attention in classes like these. They aren't challenging enough for me. After all of the private tutors my parents have hired to make sure I get perfect grades, school is a breeze. Just as I was about to add the finishing touches to my "masterpiece" a paper airplane landed perfectly on my desk. A smile immediatley spread across my face. This little airplane could only belong to one person in this whole bloody universe. I looked up at my friend Ashley who gave a small wave when she saw she had grasped my attention. Ashley is a very pert character who is always looking for a way to have fun. She is very optimistic and even if she has strict parents like me, she doesn't let them bring her down. I must admit I envy that about her. Ashley started making hand motions telling me to open the airplane. I opened it to find her neat handwriting sprawled across the sheet of paper.

Do you want to stop by the little corner store on the otherside of town later to chill a bit? You have to live a little! :P

I picked up my pen and hastily scribbled down my answer.

I can't! You know how my parents are! They have my maid make sure I'm home on time -.-

After attempting to make an airlpane and failing miserably I just crumpled the paper and shot it across the room. Ashley rolled her eyes almost immediatley after she opened the paper. In all honesty I could just lie to Minerva. After all, the strictest parents do raise the best liars. It's just that since this morning I've been a little jumpier than usual and venturing across town didn't seem like the best idea. The piece of paper made its way back over to me. I knew she wouldn't take "no" for an answer. I sighed deeply and uncrumpled the paper.

PLEASEEE!?!?!?!? You literally have no freedom! Your life is starting to depress me! C'mon! You've never even tasted a candy bar for God's sakes! You can't let your parents control you like that anymore. It's not normal. PLease?? Btw look up at me ^-^

I looked up only to see her giving me her best attempt at puppy dog face. Her note did have a point though. "Fine" I mouthed at her. As she sat their doing her happy dance my gut kept telling me I had made the wrong decision.
