My Big Brother

Ashely Styles is 11 months younger than Harry. She loves her brother to death. They're best friends. Everyone knows who they are. Especially Ashely's name. She's every boy's dream girl. Funny, wild, crazy. And good looking. She charms her way out of trouble. Harry thinks no one is good enough for his sister. He scares off every guy she goes on a date with. He loves her to death. Ashely's his best friend aside from his three other mates (Niall, Louis and Liam). But not even they are allowed to look at her for too long let alone ask her to prom without approval.

"Leave me alone!" I yelled at him.

"Why are you acting like this?!" He followed me up to my room.

Tears welled up in my eyes as I hung up my phone.

"I CAN'T BELIEIEVE YOU!" I pushed him out of my room.

"Ashely! What did I do!?" He begged for an explination.

"Never talk to me again! You're not my brother!" I screamed.

He made him leave. He did this.

48. Moments

*Zayn's POV*

"Hey Mum!" Louis beamed as she came in holding a tray that had pills and water. He took it from her and kisses her cheek.

"Hey babe. Hello everyone!" She grinned at the other children in the room. Harry had not yet returned from his dentist appointment. It was about 5:15 at the moment.

"Zayn, be a dear and wake up sleeping beauty?" Louis whispered.

I smirked and looked down at the sleeping girl. Tilting her chin up, I placed a soft kiss on her lips. Ashely's eyes shot open but then she relaxed and kissed back.

"Guys! My Mum is in the room!" Louis groaned. "She's not old enough to see this kind of stuff!" His mother whacked him over the head. "Hey, at least I was calling you young!"

"William!" She groaned.

"Oh, we're on a middle name bases now?" Louis teased.

"I should ground you..." She muttered under her breath. "Sometimes, I swear it should be you in here. Not Ash."

"Gee. Thanks Mum. I can just feel the love." He puts his hand over his chest and pretends to sniffle.

His Mum takes the tray from him then sets it on My lap. Ashely makes a whining noise. "But, I feel better! I don't need to take them!"

"Ash, you know I don't like I giving them to you but it's Doctor's orders."

"Jjjaaayyyy!" Ashely groans loudly, pouting her lips.

"Don't do that, Ash. Just take it." I begged knowing these pills are what kept her calm. Ashely shot a dirty look towards me.

"Nobody is ever on my side." She rolls her eyes and chief down the meds. I pulled her back into my chest.

"Don't say that." I smiled and kissed her forehead. Ashely looks up at me and smiles. Her nose wrinkling. "Oh, aren't you attractive?"

"That's why you're dating me. Isn't it?" She jokingly said.

"No, that's not why I'm dating you." I mocked. "I'm dating you because you're amazing. And because you're a cheerleader." I winked earning a playful slap to the chest. "You know I love you."

Ashely looked at me for a moment. The others were currently caught up in a conversation, they seemed to forget all about us.

"Zayn, I..." Her voice trailed off.

"What's up?" I said.

"Never mind, it's stupid." She shrugged and traced her fingers along the hem of my shirt.

"Common, tell me." I smiled. "Please!"

"You won't get offended?" She looked up at me. I nodded. Ashely let out a sigh and sat up. I copied her actions.

"Well, go on." I said after a few moments of silence.

Ashely looked away. "How many were there?"

"How many where there before me? Like.. How many did you love?" She whispered.

"Love?" I repeated then looked down.

*Ashely's POV*

I looked back at him. He was staring at the small space between us, a small smile on his face. He nodded.

"Five." He looked at me. "Five girls."

A small bullet rang through my heart knowing there were others. "What we're their names?"

His smile went into a smirk as he nodded. "Who, What, Where, and Why."

Confusion filled me. Where was he going with this? "Can you tell me about them?"

Zayn smiled and nodded.

"Who I loved, was your typical high school senior. She had ambition, she was out going, she was everything. And at the time, I was just a freshman. Everyday after school, I'd go to the public library just to catch a glimpse of her. She sort of noticed me and we soon became study partners. We would crack jokes, create insiders and do everything. She was everyone's dream girl. And she was my dream girl. But there was that whole 'Freshman and Seniors can't date' stereotype and she followed it. And though she told me that nicely, I couldn't help but think that She, that typical high school senior, just might have had feelings for the awkward Freshman that I was.

What I loved, was a very close friend. We enjoyed spending time together. She was there for everything. My best times, my worst times, and I was there for her's. She was one of the few people who actually accepted the person I am and was. We always had an attraction for each other. The problem? We were never single at the same time. And I guess our feelings were never strong enough because neither of us were willing to break up with our other half at the same time just to have each other." A small sigh left his lips as he shook his head. "I still wonder what would've happened if we ever date." He laughed slightly.

"Where I loved was the girl who lived a couple houses away from my grandparents. I had went down to visit and ended up bumping into her as I was out checking the mail. I was only supposed to stay with my grandparents for two weeks but I soon, a week turned into a month and I was still not willing to leave. I ended up staying the whole two months of summer. And when people ask me where is the place I love going to the most? I tell them the place where my grandparents are from. Because that is where I loved the most.

When I loved, was my high school crush. She was the exact example of beauty and youth. Everytime she walked into the room, it just brightened up. Her smile just melts your heart. She is the type of girl you want to spend all of your time with because she is just a great time. It doesn't matter what kind of mood you're in. When She walks in, you're going to be happy. Just for her. Because When that smile goes away, everything seems to become dull. All you want to do is anything to get her to cheer up. To see her smile. She's fragile like a porcelain doll. You take care of her and coddle her so she feels protected and loved. If she ever breaks, I made sure I was there with a glue gun and tape to fix her back up.

Why I loved, was a good friend who passed away. She told me that death wasn't the most upsetting thing to her. Rather, the fact she never felt like she had actually 'fallen in love'. She never got to feel those ups and downs of a true relationship. Of being happy, or being hurt. Of a heartbreak. I can still hear her voice to this day telling me things that would later help me in life. 'When love comes to you again, embrace it. Cherish it. And if you happen to actually 'fall in love' you make sure you don't waste it. To love someone is one thing. To be in love is another. Don't take that future girl for granted, Zayn. Show her all of the things I never got to experience. Show her what it is truly like to fall in love.' To this day, those words ring in the back of my mind. I promised her to love again. Not to waste my life not loving. To give it another try and this time... Not to take it for granted."

Zayn looked at me for a reaction. I smiled slightly. "I get it now."

"You are the sixth. You are the last." Zayn held my hands and scooted so our knees were now touching.

I leaned our foreheads so that they were touching. "Which one does that make me then?"

"None of them." So what am I? How? "Because you are all of them." He whispered.

I couldn't help but smile as he went on.

"You are Who I love. You are the outgoing girl that everyone fantasized about but you choose me to make them real. From the insiders we shared to the jokes we make, it also makes you What I love. You are my best friend who accepts me for who I am. You've been seen me at my highest and lowest and you're still here.

You are Where I love. Because I'd go anywhere with you just to be by your side. I don't care how far I have to travel or how much it may cost. I'd give anything just to be that guy standing next to you.

You are When I love. You can brighten anyone's day Just by walking in. You are that ball of energy that bounces off the walls and makes anyone smiles. You are the one everyone wants to protect and keep happy because you are that porcelain doll that is so easy to break. And I will always be that guy who will fix you even if it was my fault that you broke in the first place.

You are Why I Love. You are the girl who I want to show what it is to 'fall in love'. I don't want to experience that with anyone but you. And I know we haven't really 'fallen in love' yet... But when it does happen... I promise to remember that little quote. I won't waste it and I won't take it for granted. Yeah, we'll have disagreements but every relationship has their ups and downs. The greatest gift in life is having the ability to not only give Love but experience what it is like to get it and even lose it. But I would have it no other way." Zayn whispered ever so gently.

I wiped the tear that had slipped from my eye and laughed. "That was deep."

"You are sixth, Ashely Styles. You are the last." He gently said before closing the gap between us.

*Zayn's POV*

And if this is us not yet "in love", I can't wait to experience what that is really like.

"Look at you guys!" Louis growls. "Making me all emotional and shit."

"If only Harry could see the perfection of this." Liam smiled. "You two are the perfect example of a perfect relationship."

"Shut up, Louis!" Niall suddenly screamed. I looked up and saw Louis trying to wipe Niall's face.

"Aw, Ni!" Ashely got up and hugged him.

"Ash, your boyfriend is already trying to kill me for kissing you almost 4 years ago. Please, I want to be able to have children." Niall said blandly.

"Hey, don't sweat it Niall. She told me I was a better Kisser." I stuck my tongue out. Niall's eyes widened.

"Well... You tasted like Chili Dogs. It's not the way I expected my first kiss to go." She pulled away and muttered.

"That's not what you said this summer!" Niall said without thinking.

"I remember that night." Louis snickered.

"Shut up! I just had the most perfect moment and you guys are ruining it! GET OUT!" I pointed to the door.

"She is kidding, right?" Louis jumped up.

"No. Let me finish my moment and you can come back." I pushed the three out then went back to Zayn.

"Do I want to know?" He groaned. "Because I have a feeling it had to do something with his pants."

"If I said it does.."

"I'll just find a time to prove I'm better than him in that too." He winked.

I could help but laugh loudly.

"You think I'm kidding." Zayn smirked before pushing me down gently and then began to devour my lips. His hands slipping under my sweatshirt and tickling my stomach.

15 years old, you all probably think I am a slut. But if you were me, you'd understand. No. I still look like a slut. But he's so sexy! My mind is corrupted! My mother wouldn't be proud of me.

What she doesn't know, won't hurt her!

Remember what I said about moments being ruined? Yeah. That just happened.

But it wasn't ruined by Niall, or Liam, or Louis. Not even a nurse.

Out of the thousands of people that could've walked in...

It just had to be my Big Brother.

This chapter was hard to wright but here it is.
