Fading Memories (Sequel to They're Gay)

It's been almost a whole year since Harry left. The band had split. It's been out of control.
Louis doesn't care about anything anymore. Fans are going insane. Harry is starving himself. The band broke up. Ed tries helping out, but it's NO use.
Louis is too stubborn to realize that the world is crumbling under his own two feet!

7. Fading Memories Chapter Seven

Chapter seven
Harry's P.O.V.
**Year and a half later**
Today was the day we adopt our child. Louis and I are so happy and excited!
"Lou, are you ready?" I call to him from downstairs.
"Almost." He calls back from the bathroom upstairs.
I sit down on the couch waiting for him, god for bid his hair isn't perfect.
Louis finally came down the stairs wearing dark blue jeans, a plain royal blue shirt, and TOMS.
I took his hand in mine. I was nervous and it was probably noticeable, too.
I drive to the agency and stop at the door and look down at Louis.
"You ready?" He asks.
I just nod, my mouth too dry to speak. And I'm too nervous to say a word.
We walk in, within seconds a young lady named "Josie" was greeting us and shaking our hands. I extend my arm out and shake her hand. Mine was probably sweaty.
We've been waiting months to get our baby girl home.
Her name is Brooklyn, she has icy blue eyes, really light skin, tiny pink lips, and only eleven months old.
We were there for hours and they finally bring Brooklyn out after a few more pages were signed.
She came running out with a big smile on her face. And she came straight to me and Louis. We smiled at each other.
Once we get going Louis straps Brooklyn in the back seat where her car seat is. We pull up to Toys R Us.
We spend hours picking out toys for her. She smiled brightly at a princess type toy. It looked like a fake makeup kit. Y'know, plastic lipstick, a mirror, and that stuff.
I chuckle and Louis puts it in the cart with a sigh.
Once we get home I carry Brooklyn to her room. Which was on the main level so she didn't have to go up and down stairs.
She looked around the room in awe. She couldn't help but smile. Louis comes up behind me and puts a hand on my shoulder.
And at this moment I know that this is a new start of a wonderful family.
I'm sorry I haven't updated in like a week or two. But I did now. Hope you enjoy it. This MAY be the end of it. May not be. I'm thinking about it.
