Chasing Styles

I fell hard for him, even when I wasn't suppose to... Now how do I get out of it? I didn't. But in the end . . . through the heartbreaks, the tears, the unwanted love . . . He stood by my side.

1. Chapter One

I fluttered my eyes open, adjusting the light. I turned my head and met the eyes of my beloved boyfriend, Luke. I stared into his tired eyes and kissed those moist lips. He gave me a smile and kissed my forehead. "Morning love." He took a string of my hair placed it behind my ear. "Don't cover your face with your hair, okay? I want to see that beautiful face every time when I wake up." My cheeks flushed, as my heart began to pick up the pace much faster. His fingertip would send weird feelings inside me, that only he could do.

"Get up, we have to leave in about 2 hours." I said, removing the sheets away from me. I stood on my feet, letting out a yawn, as I stretched my arms out. "You know how strict my father is about meeting you." I stated, turning around seeing him sit up. He rubbed his eyes, nodding his head, as he let out a yawn.

"What time we're leaving again?" He asked, getting up.

"In 2 hours, so go shower while I get your clothes out. I want my dad to like you."

Luke walked toward me, giving me a peck on my cheek and walked toward the bathroom. "If I got you to fancy me, I'm pretty sure I can get your dad, as well." He smirked.

I rolled my eyes and folded my arms. "Okay." I breathe out the words. I walked toward the closet and took both a nice plaid shirt with a white t shirt and a pair of dark denim jeans. I heard the water stop and the curtain open. I took out my light blue skinny jean and my green Aeropostale t shirt. Luke walk out with a towel wrapped around his waist, showing his V Line. His smirk grew more wider, as he caught me staring. "Like what you see?" He teased.

"Shut up." I chuckled, walking inside the bathroom. I turn the shower on, letting the water fall out. I stripped out of my clothes and walked inside. The warm water splashed on my light, tan, delicate skin. I closed my eyes, as I took in that nice warmth, that took over my body. I took the soup and began to wash my body and as I was beginning to water myself, I picked up the shampoo bottle and poured it on my hair. The strawberry scent filled my nostrils, as I continue to spread it around my hair. I began to hum the melody of Wake Me Up by Ed Sheeran. I put my head under the water, letting the water wash out all the shampoo that was in my hair. I turned around and turned off the water. I grabbed my towel and wrapped it around my chest. I walked out and into the bedroom, making my way to the bed where my clothes lay.

As soon as my clothes were on, Luke walked in having a nervous smile on his face. I raised an eyebrow, as I walked toward the mirror where all of my make up were at. I open the lid to the gell and started to scrunch my hair, so that it can look slightly almost curly. "What's wrong?" I asked, as I went to go start my make up. I never really a big fan of putting make up on, so that is why I put a little bit on; so that it didn't look that much visible.

"I'm actually worry to see your father, again." He said, taking a seat on the bed.

I gave him a smile. "You'll be fine." I turned around. "Ready?" He nodded his head, grabbing the keys that were on the nightstand. I grabbed my phone and my jacket and walked down the hall with our hands intertwined. The cool breeze brush through my skin, making my hair fly backward. Luke opened the door to the car for me and gave me a genuine smile, as I took a seat. I watched as he walked around and took a seat behind the wheel. "Now remember," I began, " Please, don't say anything stupid, so he won't think you're a bad boyfriend and not good enough for me."

Luke pecked my lips. "Don't worry, babe. I think I can win him over this time."

"And somehow I don't believe it." I muttered.

We pulled up in the drive-through. I took a deep breathe and gave Luke a smile. "Let's go," I said, opening the door. Luke and I walked up to the porch and knocked on the door. No one answer, so I turned the handle; not surprise that it was unlock. I walked in first, inhaling the sweet smell of cinnamon rolls in the kitchen. "Already feels like home.' I commented, grabbing his hand, as we walked inside the kitchen. "Hey mum," I said. My mother turned around and gave me a smile. "Jules! You're here!" She turned to Luke and stroked his cheek. "Nice to see you again Luke."

"Same to you, too." He replied, with a smile.

"There's people in the backyard, with your father" My mother informed us. "I want you two, to introduce yourself and come back here and help me bring these outside."

Luke and I walked down the hallway and stepped outside seeing many unfamiliar faces dancing and having a good time. I observed everyone's facial appearance and stopped at the boy, who was talking to my dad, laughing about whatever they were talking about. "Hey look it's Jules and the boyfriend." Someone yelled.

My eyes dropped toward my loud cousin, who had a cheeky smirk on his face. Oh gosh. I looked back at my dad, who he and the curly hair boy stared back at me. The curly hair had a smirk on his face, as he followed behind my dad, who made his way toward me. "Ah, hello there Jules." He smiled. "This is my co worker's son, Harry."

Harry smiled, showing his slight deep crescent dimples. His eyes were a shade of green, and his chocolate curls cover the side of his head where his front hair were straight and push to the side. I couldn't help but admit the fact he was kinda hot... I shook my head, erasing the thought that just popped up and glanced at Luke. His jaw clenched slightly, as he stared at Harry, who was staring at me.

I clapped my hands together. "Okay! Well Luke and I are going to help mum with the food." I grabbed Luke's wrist and turned around. "What was that about?" I talked softly to him, making our way to the kitchen.

"I don't like him." He sneered. "And I don't want you to be talking to him either. I know what he wants and that's to fuck you."

I walked inside the kitchen and mum handed me a basket of fruits for me to carry outside. The conversation between me and Luke ended as soon as he mention that. I stepped outside and placed the basket on the table. Harry glanced up at me, when he was on his phone and smirk played on his lips.

"You don't remember me, do you?" He asked, continuing with that annoying smirk of his.

Should I?

Before I was going to ask, what was he talking about Luke called for my name. I quickly turned around and walked toward Luke, who gave a glare to Harry. He grabbed my waist and gave me a lingering kiss. I pushed him off and gave him a stare. "What was that for?"

"For that little twit to know that you're mine." He answered.

"Piss off, Luke." I frown and walked away.

"What? So you're mad at me?" He questioned, with a hint of annoyance.

I sighed and shook my head. "No. I don't want you to think that you can't trust me."

Luke grabbed my hands and gave me a peck on my cheek. "I do. It's him that I don't." I dropped my hands. "And what were you two talking about before I called you?"

I shook my head, "Nothing. It doesn't really matter at all."

"Are you sure?" He asked, stroking my cheek. I reach for his hand, feeling the chills run down my back. I nodded my head, giving him a smile. Luke smiled back and dropped his hand. "I'm going to go check, if your mum needs anymore help." As Luke began to walk away, I glanced at Harry. His smirk plastered on his face, as we stared for quite a while. That, until, I dropped the gaze.

For the rest of the evening, I wasn't feeling it anymore. I sat down and watched everyone talk, dance, eat, and were just having a good time. "Hey," I turned my head and stared at Harry, who took a seat next to me. "Your boy friend, doesn't seem to like me."

"Go figure," I mumbled. "Harry? I wanted to ask you something." He stayed quiet and waited for me to continue on. "Can you tell me where me met before? Because, in all honesty, I do not know what you're talking about."

Harry chuckled. "You seriously don't remember?"

I shook my head.

"Jules!" Harry and I looked up. Luke frowned at us and gestured me to come with him. I stood up. "I'm really sorry, about this." I waved goodbye and met up with Luke, who reached for my hand, but I ignored it and walked toward my parents giving them a goodbye hug. Luke followed me from behind, not saying a single word. And thank god, he didn't. I didn't want to talk at all.

And for the night, there was an unspoken communication. Luke snaked his arm around my waist, as he brought us closer together. My back was face toward him, as I stared at the wall. "Jules are you awake?" I turned myself over, staring into his light brown eyes. His hot minty breathe linger inside my nostril.

"I'm sorry," He said, softly. "I didn't mean to make you angry."

I gave him a small smile and peck his lips. "It's okay." Luke intertwine our fingers together, bring our hands up and pressed his lips to the top of my hand. He smiled down at me, as I snuggled closer to him. His skin was warm, while mine was cold. I tossed myself over, having Luke's arms wrapped around my waist, and his legs tangled with mine.

"Go to sleep, babe." He softly spoke into my ear.

I nodded my head, letting out a yawn. I closed my eyes and slowing I was drifting up to an endless sleep. But yet, the one thing that constantly crossed my mind was Harry.
