10. Mean what you say

Harry’s P.O.V

Ever since that day that everyone found out what happened last Saturday night, my days in school weren’t exactly the same. I’m wasn’t talking to any of friends that I usually hang out with, Cody wants to kill me (like literally), I can’t stand to even look at Peter and Ty, and Lexi won’t even talk or look at me.

I was at football practice; I had the ball in my hand I was running before they jump at me. I finally hit the ball on the ground, and coach Bickerman blew the whistle and yelled, “Good job everyone!” I sat down on the benches, and I saw Lexi in the parking lot, smoking. “Since when did she smoke?” I thought. I got up, running towards her, screaming her name. “LEXI!!!”

Lexi’s P.O.V

It was another boring day in pain in the ass school. My brother was at the football field playing football as usual. I was at the parking lot, while waiting for Cody. It was getting sunny so I pushed my sunglasses up. I took out a cigarette from my cigarette pack, and put it in the middle of my lips. I blew out a long puff of smoke, breathing out of my mouth. I started smoking about a week ago, and I got the cigarette pack from my brother’s closet. He used to smoke, but he stopped about a month ago. I heard someone yelling out my name. “LEXI!!!” I turned and Harry was running towards me. “Lexi, please talk to me” he said. I looked at away from him, and I could feel him staring at me. “Please” he cried. I took another cigarette, but before I could lit it up, Harry stopped me. He threw the cigarette to the floor; I turned to face him, “What the hell?” I said, angry. “Those are bad for your lungs” he said. “Why do care” I said, and started to walk away. He ran up to me, hugging me from behind. I tried to pull away but his grip on me was too tight. “Let go of me” I ordered. “I love you” he said, hugging me tighter. “Let go of me” I said, again. “No, I love you Lexi” I finally got his arms of me, and I turned. “Really, do say that to every girl, when you break their heart?” I asked, crossing my arms. “Just please give me another chance” he said, trying to touch my hand. I slapped it away, “Don’t talk to me if you’re not gonna me mean what you say” I tried to turn and walk away but he grabbed my arm, and by accidentally pulling up the sleeves of my jacket. “What is this?” he asked angry, looking at my cuts. “Why do you care?” I asked. “Cause I care about you” he smashed his lips into mine, pulling me closer and making his grip tighter. I put my hand into his chest, and tried pushing him off, but I couldn’t. He was just too strong. “Styles!” I heard my brother yell. He came up, and stood in front of me. “Didn’t I tell you to leave her alone?” he yelled. He clenched Harry’s shirt, and was about to throw a punch at him. “Cody don’t” I cried. He let go of him, “Leave her alone” he said. Me and Cody stormed off and went to Cody’s car. He sat on the driver’s seat, and I opened the door,

“Wait, stop!” he said.

“What?” I asked.

“You smell weird. Have you been smoking?”

“No” I lied.

“Lex,” he began.

“Did take the cigarette pack from my closet?” he asked.

I looked away avoiding eye contact. “Lex, what’s in your arm?” he asked. “Nothing” I lied, again. “Have you been cutting?” he asked angry. “Why do you care?” I asked, irritated. “Why do even still have the pack of cigarettes? I thought you quit?” I said. “Why did you even take them?!” he yelled. I frowned, “Don’t yell at me” I said. “I wouldn’t yell at you if you haven’t gone out with that douche bag, you bitch” he yelled, again. Tears started to form from my eyes, “That’s it I’m walking home” I said, opening the door. I stepped out of the car, and walked home. I’m his sister and he doesn’t have the right to say that about me. I kept hearing it from others but I didn’t expect from him.
