Wanted You More

Bethany is top in her class, head-strong, and basically you're definition of a perfect girl but she has no intention of trying to be like every other girl and try to get Harry, the popular, good looking, soccer star, to like her...in fact, she doesn't really like him. But when Bethany is assigned to help Harry get his grades up and he realizes that Bethany is different than everyone else, will Bethany cave into giving Harry a chance or will she continue to stick to her idea that he is a spoiled, stuck up ass?

Includes sex, drugs, alcohol, self harm references/actions, and cursing.

30. No Better

During my study, I skipped it to go find Harry. I wanted to talk to him about last night. When I walked into his class, everyone turned to look at me.

“Yes Ms. Wacker?” Mr. Jones asked me.

“The librarian needs to talk to Harry.” I mumbled. Mr. Jones nodded to Harry and he slowly slid out of his seat. He followed me out of the room and I stopped in a quiet hallway.

“So why am I actually here?” Harry asked, shooting dagger at me.

“Why are you being like this…?” I whispered.

“I could ask you the same thing.” Harry said, crossing his arms.

“I didn’t do anything…”

“When were you going to tell me you were dating Liam?” My mouth fell open and I was speechless.

“That’s what I thought. Well played Wacker…you sure figured out my game real quick.” Harry snapped as he turned to walk away.

“What are you talking about?! What game?!” I grabbed Harry’s arm before he could walk away. Harry ripped his arm from my grip, making me stumble.

“You played me…you got me to fall for you than you go and date one of my best friends…you’re no better than Lex and her friends.” Harry spat at me. I felt tears prick my eyes as he stormed away. I fell against the wall and buried my face in my hands and started crying.
