I Need You.

Hannah's having some trouble in her life. Boy problems, her dad abuses her, and her friends don't care about her. She has no one to save her. But when she meets Harry at a club, she thinks she might be saved.

1. I Need You

“Fine,” I replied, my voice cracking. My first love decides to break my heart this summer. The time that people find other people to love and hold. Yeah, he’s not a summer love, he’s been my boyfriend since January, but it still hurts.

"Glad you're taking it easily."

He has a sympathetic smile on his face as he jumped off the bar stool and headed over to the first girl he sees. He looks at her with a small smirk and squeezes her ass gently. She makes a squeal and looks at him with a dirty look.

“Taking this easily, my ass,” I whimper, folding my arms on the table and burring my face into them. I let out small sobs and whines.

I feel a hand set on my shoulder. I quickly look up, wiping my eyes. “What?” I snapped at whoever it was.

“It’s okay, love. I’m only here to comfort you.”

I recognize his voice and look at him. It is him. Harry Styles. “You’re Harry Styles, aren’t you?”

He smiles weakly. “In the flesh.”

I smile weakly also. “Why are you here?”

“What do you mean?”

“I mean, why are you here, talking to me? I'm an idiot,” I whimper the last part, looking back down in my feet. “I can’t even keep a decent boyfriend for at least a year. Or month. Or day!”

“Babe, you’re not an idiot. He’s the idiot. Why would someone ever dump a pretty girl like you? You seem like you have a great personality by the way you act around your friends,” he rambles.

I raise my eyebrows. “Have you been stalking me?”

He chuckles. “No, I haven’t.”

I smile weakly once again and stand up from my bar stool. “I’m sorry, Harry. After that awful break up, I’m not really in the mood to hook up with someone.” I start walking away, but I feel his hand on my arm.

“At least take this,” he handed me a small piece of paper. “Call me if you need me.”

I crumble up the paper and stuff it in my pocket. “Okay,” I start heading toward the front door of the club and head out. Call me if you need me. His words stuck in my mind. I’ll never need you.. I thought.

That Night

I was flipping through a scrapbook with all of the things I have done with my friends, family, and past boyfriends. My family is from London, but we moved to Holmes Chapel a few years ago. My dad got a job of selling things at a store downtown here. He thought it would be nice to own a popular store in a place in England.

My parents gave me everything I ever wanted. If I wanted Justin Bieber to appear in my room and sing to me, they would try their very best to make it possible. Since my mom’s a famous actress and my dad has a famous store in downtown, we became rich. But, my dad tends to get drunk a lot. He usually does when he’s upset about work or problems with my mom. All his anger is taken out on me or my mom. It’s a pain, but I have to go through it. Right?

Plus, I get tons of pain because of boys. All of my boyfriends were a pain in the ass. They cheated, lied, and just simply broke my heart. Isn’t my life just as awesome as rainbows?

I passed a picture of me and Derek, the boy that broke up with me a few hours ago at the bar. I stopped turning the pages and stared at the picture. I felt the tears build once again.

I jumped. Oh no.. Please, not now.

“Hannah!” I heard my dad sing from downstairs. “Where are you?”

I stood up from my bed, wiped my tears, and hid under the bed. I’m surprised I can fit in here.

I heard my door swing open and hit the wall. “Hannah. Where are you?” he sang again.

I felt the tears fall down my face. No, don’t cry now. It’s a bad time for crying.

“If she isn’t home, she’s getting in some big trouble,” I heard him mumble.

I saw his feet in my face. I backed up a bit so he couldn’t really see me. Thank god I had black hair. I hid my face so that he can just see my hair.

“Are you hiding under your bed again?” he said. I could tell he had a huge smile on his face by the tone of his voice.

I could feel his breath hit my neck as he looked down into the bottom of the bed. “Hmm. Not here.”

My eyes shot open. It worked? I heard his footsteps head out of my room. “Hannah!” he shouted in the hallway. I pulled out my phone to call for help. Who do I call? Everyone’s on vacation, they won’t answer me. Wait.. I pulled a piece of paper out of my pocket. Harry’s number. I quickly dialed the number.

“Hello?” he answered in a sleepy voice.

“Harry. I’m the girl that was crying at the bar. I need you. Now.”
