What happens when they do?

2. "The Precious Treasure of His Eyesight Lost"

•Ara's POV•

"So, what are you wearing to the party tomorrow?" Alice asked. The rest of the girls were already passed out.

"I don't know. I don't really want to go, anyway," I responded.

"You have to go! There could be some really hot guys there!"

"What if they're the competition? We can't know who they are."

"We've never met them, so what's the harm? We don't know who they are, they don't know who we are. Plus, we'll be wearing masks. The day of the competition, they probably won't recognize us and we won't recognize them."

"You do have a point," I sighed. "But there's one problem. I have nothing to wear."

"We'll see about that," she said and pulled me up off the couch. She dragged me into her room and sat me down on the bed. "Wait here." She skipped over to her closet that was completely filled with skirts, dresses, shirts and shoes. Clothes were flying off the hangers left and right. She stopped at a cute purple dress. "This should fit you," she stated and tossed it to me. She went back to the closet and pulled out a gold pair of heels.

"What about the masks?" I wondered.

"I didn't go to arts n' crafts camp for nothing!" She giggled.

"Lime! Pass the glitter!" "Give me the glue!" Glitter was everywhere. Rhinestones were on the floor. The dorm was a mess. We're going to get in trouble, but it's worth it.

I have to admit, my mask turned out pretty good. It was a light purple with gold glitter and trim around it. I placed a large purple flower on the side of it.

"They turned out so pretty!" Yooyoung squealed.

"Do you have to scream so loud?" Lime teased.

"Shut up," she laughed back. She took a hand full of glitter and threw it at Lime's face.

"You are SO dead!" Lime yelled and ran after Yooyoung with glue.

"Not the hair!" Yooyoung pleaded. We just ignored them and rolled our eyes.

"They can be such kids sometimes..." Yoonjo sighed. "Ara, how are you with the whole Taehyun situation?"

"I'm fine. I'm over him anyway," I declared. Taehyun was more of a love interest than a boyfriend. I wanted to go further into the relationship, but he didn't want to. I didn't know why until a few days later when I saw him with another girl. She happened to be his fiance whom he was cheating on with me. I broke things off with him, but I didn't have the guts to tell his fiance.

"Well tonight is going to get your mind off of that jerk! We're going to have so much fun!" Alice promised.

"Yeah, and we're going to get in trouble if we don't clean up this mess," I jested. They agreed and we started cleaning.

•Key's POV•

"Key! Wake up!" Minho screamed in my ear. I ignored him and turned over in my bed. "Don't make me get the water bucket." He always threatens that, but he never does it. I shooed him away and tried to go back to sleep. He left the room and I was slowly traveling back to dreamland.

Suddenly, I was awoken by a cold and wet feeling. I jumped up out of bed to see Minho running out of the room with a victorious smile plastered on his face. He was serious about the water bucket. "That Minho will pay," I growled to myself. I heard a burst of laughter coming from the front room. Minho must've told them what he did.

I dried off and got changed. "How was your bath, Kibum?" Jonghyun joked as I walked into the room.

"Shut up," I groaned. I grabbed a piece of toast and sat on the couch. "Where's Taemin?" Just as I asked, he walked in. He was carrying a bag from the party store across the street. "What's in the bag?"

"Masks," he responded.

"For what?" I wondered.

"The party, pabo." He reached in the bag and tossed a mask to me. It was black with gold glitter and trim on it. On top, there were dark navy colored feathers.

"Glitter? Really Taemin?" I whined.

"Hey, it was either that or a princess mask," he sassed.

"Yeah, yeah..." I sighed. I looked at it a bit longer and I realized it did look pretty nice.

"I see you've cleaned up," he laughed. I looked over to the clock and saw that is was 12 in the afternoon.

"Why did no one try to wake me up earlier?" I nagged.

"We did," they all said in unison.

"Well, you should've tried harder. What time does the party start?"

"Nine," Onew answered, once again eating chicken.

"Do you ever stop eating chicken?" Minho bugged.

"Nope," Onew chuckled.
