Tell Me A Lie *Discontinued*

*THIS STORY MENTIONS TRIGGERING TOPIC LIKE SELF HARM AND SUICIDE. IT IS POORLY WRITTEN AND AS THE AUTHOR I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS STORY AT ALL*

Everyone is back. Relationships will be added. Relationships will be broken. You may think everyone is having an amazing life but things change that must be kept a secret. Especially when you can't break a marriage. Especially your own... (SEQUEL TO LOVES A CRAZY THING)

39. Painting

Genifer POV

I woke up and checked the clock. It was 9:30 exactly. I decided it would be a good day to just hang out with myself today to get away from all the drama. I got up, got ready to shower, and got in. I let myself take a long shower and then got out. I looked in my old closet with barely any clothes since I left many in Washington. I decided on a dress with a white top with an aqua bottom. I brushed my hair and grabbed some white flats. I put them on and headed out. I drove out to the nearest Starbucks in Seattle (which is actually the first Starbucks to be opened). I ordered a Vanilla Bean Frapachino and waited for my name to be called.

"Genifer?" I heard.

I got up, grabbed it, then said thanks before walking off. I got back into my car now heading to the Seattle Art Museum. I pulled into the parking lot and got out. I entered the building and payed to go inside. I roamed the museum until I saw all these people painting.

"Interested in painting?" A voice asked coming from behind me.

I turned around a saw a girl about 19 or 20. She had bright "Ariel" (dyed) red hair and brown eyes.

"Oh! I'm Aria Young!" She said.

"I'm Genifer Val." I replied to the upbeat Aria.

"Wanna paint something?" She asked.

"Sure! Why not?" I said reminding myself about my alone day.

"Alright. I'll show you the supplies and then to an open easel." Aria said leading me to a long counter of art supplies.

"You can take whatever. It doesn't matter. Number of items doesn't matter either." She told me while I grabbed a few supplies that included brushes, different paint, chalk pastels, two pencils, and some colored pencils. She then took me to an easel.

"Have fun!" She told me.

"Thanks." I replied to her.

At first I wasn't sure what to paint. Then an idea came to me. I pulled out my Samsung, plugged in my ear buds, and put one in my ear. I began to outline it lightly with a pencil adding a little bit of colored pencils here and there. I began to use the paint. I was getting really into the painting. I checked the time quickly. 9:35? The museum would close in 25 minutes! I still wasn't finished though. I looked up to see all the empty easels except for one. I quickly saw the face of Aria painting.

"Almost done?" I asked her.

"Yeah. Almost. What about you?" She asked back.

"It's coming. I don't think I'll finish before it closes." I told Aria.

"It's alright. I'm always the last one here. You can take as long as you want." She said with a smile.

"Thanks." I told her returning the smile.

I continued to paint. After about an hour I was finished. I looked up to see Aria with her art in hand sitting down.

"Finished?" She asked.

"Yeah." I replied.

She walked over to see my painting and so I can see hers.

"How about on 3 we show each other?" I asked.

"Alright." Aria told me.

"1,2,3!" We both said before turning around our art.

I looked to see hers and it was a painting of a boy around her age. I saw her look confused as she looked at my painting.

"Can you explain the painting?" She asked me.

"Yeah."

I began to examine the painting. It had a girl in the corner representing me. It had her thought bubble that was full of many thoughts. In the thoughts you could faintly see words scattered in black that read,

"Life" "Caylen" "Dillon" "Styles" "Horan"

And faint in the back before I started making the thoughts in red were two words.

"Val" and "Tomlinson"
