Scottie's POV

I watched a lone tear fall off of Keavy's pale skin. That tear took millions of words of her emotions with it down to the tiled floor of the backstage. I heard footsteps belonging to a few different people go in Keavy's direction. I looked to Zayn on the other side of the stage.

"Should I...?" I mouthed to him. I saw in his eyes that he was full of confusion, but scared for my poor friend.

"Go. I'll figure something out." I knew he wanted me to go take care of her and Harry. I chased after Keavy. However, the first person I ran into- more like violently crashed into- happened to be Harry. We both fell onto the floor. I opened my eyes and he was rubbing the side of his head, seeming to be in pain.

"Oh my, are you alright?" I sat up and examined his head.

"Yeah, I think I'll be fine. It'll bruise at the most. Just hurts a little bit, nothing to worry about." Harry groaned, still poking and rubbing at the spot of contact.

"Well there's something I needed to ask you." I became serious. Harry knew what I was talking about.

"About Keavy, isn't it?" I saw the pain in his eyes. "I really screwed up this time. I really did."

"Yeah. Well, what did you do to make her upset?"

"I think it was Taylor and I that got her so angry and sad. Do you want to go talk to her or do you want me to?"

"I think it would be best if I go in first, then after she's calm I can bring you in. Harry, you have to be really calm and kind about it. That's how she runs. If you yell and scream at you, she'll shut you right out. There's still a chance at forgiveness here." I said, kindly. I wasn't lying. There is a chance that Keavy will forgive, but it's very slim.

"I'll go find her."

"I'll come with you."

"So how have you been these days?" Harry politely asked.

"Oh, things have been great. My stage fright is mostly gone, and that's a big progression."

"Yay! I still have a bit of stage fright, but it's really difficult to get fully rid of. I congratulate you on that." Harry exclaimed.

"Anyways, Zayn and I were thinking of getting a pet."

"Please get a cat. We need a cat around here. I'd prefer one that can fit into my hands- look at these things! They're bigger than your head!" Harry got excited again. We laughed.

"Hey, I heard that if your hand is bigger than your face, you have a big chance of getting a fatal disease." I told him seriously with a slight smirk on my face. Harry fell for it, yet again. He put his hand almost, but not quite, on his face to measure. It was bigger than his face. Before he figured this out, I slapped his hand to his face.

"Well, that wasn't nice." Harry fussed.

"Let's just go find Keavy."

"Hey! I hear that if your hand is bigger than your face, you can-" Harry tried to trick me.

"Not working this time, Mr. Gullible." Harry sighed and mumbled a quiet 'okay.'

I heard loud sobbing coming from a few rooms down from where Harry and I were. I heard calming voices in the same location. I told Harry I heard something. We both knew that it was Keavy, but we didn't know who the other person was.

In a very short period of time, the sobbing stopped. We couldn't hear any noises after that.

"What just happened to make the crying stop?"

"I don't know, let's go into the room." Harry suggested.

We went up to the door and I quietly turned the door knob. I gently pushed open the door.

Sitting on a couch leaning into each other were two people. One had a wet face, many freckles, and fiery fed hair. The other had a smooth face and blonde hair curved up towards the ceiling.

I gasped, and Harry stuck his face in the door.

Harry had just seen his ex-girlfriend and best friend kissing on the couch.
