3. The Most Amazing Boyfriend Ever!

Charley's POV.

"How can I prove it to you?" Lou asked.

"Kiss me." I whispered.

"That, I can do." He said. His lips crashed onto mine. Our lips moved together for what felt like forever. I was content there. Eventually, we both needed air, though.

"I'm yours." I said softly as we pulled apart.

He smiled down at me and said, "And now, I can give your phone back."

"Louis!" I gasped, slapping his arm playfully.

I unlocked my phone to see it opened to my contacts. A new contact, actually. It said "The Most Amazing Boyfriend Ever!'.

"You really are amazing, Lou."

"You know, Charley, you're pretty amazing too."

"Thank you, boyfriend." I replied happily.

"You're welcome, girlfriend!" He said, laughing.

"What do you think the others are doing?" I asked him.

"We can go see if you want." he replied.

"Ugh. I don't want to get up though."

He started to pick me up.

"No! Louis! You can't carry me."

"Are you saying you're fat, or I'm weak?" he asked, giving me a cheeky grin.

"I'm fat." I said under my breath.

"CHARLOTTE ANN MILLER! YOU ARE IN NO WAY FAT!" Louis shouted, outraged.

"But..." I said, lost for words.

"No buts. You are beautiful, and skinny. You're perfect. Besides, you're like a feather." he said, picking me up and carrying me to a group of five seats where our friends were sitting.

"What's up?" Callie asked, being the first to notice us.

Callie was sitting in the third row with Harry. She had the window seat. Across from them sat Niall and Mary, both of whom were preoccupied with eating. In front of Callie and Harry sat Chance and Diana. Liam and Karilin were in the seats across from Chance and Diana. Laurel and Zayn sat in the front, next to an empty seat that was probably saved for Louis and I.

"You two do know we saved you a seat up here, right?" Karlin asked.

"Maybe we wanted privacy from our nosy best friends." Louis replied, smiling down at me. He was still holding me bridal-style.

"You should come sit up here, children. You need adult supervision, apparently." Diana said, winking at me.

"I lerv you bunches, Diana!" I said.

"What have you two been doing back there?" Laurel asked

"I have a better question, what have all of you been doing up here?" I replied, blushing.

"We all know what they were doing back there." Harry said. They all nodded in agreement.

"Why are you carrying her, Louis?" Liam asked.

"Because I'm lazy and fat." I replied.

"Lawls, Charlotte. You are not fat. You are about as fat as Diana!" Laurel said. Diana was extremely skinny. Like eighty pounds skinny.

"I agree." Louis said, giving Diana a once-over.

"Thanks, Laurel. Thank you Lou." I said, still thinking it wasn't true.

Louis had started humming What Makes You Beautiful in my ear.

"Lou, put me down. I'm going to get our stuff so we can sit up here and talk."

"Nope." he said, popping the 'p'. "I'll be getting our carry-ons. Do you want to stay here? Or do you want me to carry you with our bags?" he said, ginning cheekily.

"You dont have to, Louis." I said, feeling guilty for no reason. "Just put me down and I'll come with you."

"That's not as fun, Char." he said, still grinning. With that, he slung me over his shoulder and laughed.

"Come on! Please put me down, Louis!" I said, getting weird looks from other passengers. By now, Louis was running the short distance back to our seat. He grabbed our bags and my ipad, which was in my seat, and ran back to our seats with our best friends.

All of my friends were giggling. They knew me so well. They had done this to me before. And I had... well, you'll see what I did.

Louis gently lay me down in the seat, smiling down at me. I avoided his gaze, pretending to be horribly angry.

"Charley, I'm sorry! I didn't know you would be so mad! I... What did I do that was so horrible? You're acting like I murdered your family!" He was still looking down at me, now looking about to cry.

I looked back up at him, now frowning. Seeing him look at me like this made tears come to my eyes.

"Aw, I'm sorry, Lou, I was just pretending. I wasn't really mad." I said, letting a tear fall, and as I was laying down, it ran across the side of my face.

Louis leaned down and wiped away my now freely falling tears, kissing my temple. "Don't cry, Charley. I can't bear to see it." he said sweetly.

I felt like as long as I had Louis around, I'd never cry again. He was so nice to me. I didn't understand it. But it kept me happy.

"GET A ROOM!" Laurel and Zayn shouted, across from us.

"NO NEED TO SHOUT!" I shouted in reply.

"In case you haven't noticed, we're on a plane. Therefore, we can't get a room. Unless you'd like us to go to the loo. Because that's utterly romantic." Louis said sarcastically.

"Yes, that would just be wonderful." I replied, rolling my eyes.

"Want a carrot, Charley?" Louis asked.

"Always, Lou!" I said.

"You'll have to come get it." he said, putting the carrot half way in his mouth and smiling.

I simply broke the other half of the carrot off, eating it. Louis had obviously wanted a kiss. So I leaned into his strong, warm embrace and softly touched my lips to his.

Seconds later, we heard an announcement saying we would be landing in ten minutes.

I leaned into Louis' chest as he rubbed soothing circles in my back. I guess it was obvious that I was a bit tense.

"So, I've been thinking, Charley. How about, once we get off this plane, the boys and I show you  girls around the area? We could show you the best shops!" he said, sounding super-excited.

"Hmm, let's see here, getting a-"

"Grand tour!" Louis shouted.

"-Grand tour from my boyfriend and possibly spending the day with him... Versus wondering around trying to find a job, and appliances, and, well, shopping sounds amazing right about now." I said. "So, I think I like the first choice best."

"You didn't really have a choice, love." Loius said, smiling cheekily.

"Good to know."
