Valentine's Day. A day of love and appreciation. It just happened to be Samantha's favorite holiday. The heart decorations, the love notes, the chocolates (yum), and the fact of spending time with the ones you love. She thought it was absolutely perfect...well...almost. If only she could get a boy to a least knows she EXISTS...let alone be her valentine...

1. Getting Ready for the Day of Love

    High School.  Its something we will all have to face eventually.

 I mean sure, these's lockers, plastics, senior boys, somewhat reasonable teachers, and my besties (Rachel, Sneha, and Megan).  

But you will have to face the nerds, jerks, homework (ugh), and trying to manage to look good.

Being sixteen is NOT easy as you may think it is.

But there is just one highlight of going to school that I REALLY like.  And that is Valentine's Day. 

I mean you just got to love it.  I always love hanging around my bffs and exchanging hand made cards,but I want to do something different this year.  I want to impress...a boy.

The problem is, I don't have the best luck with boys.  I mean, all the guys at my school don't even bother to lay an eye on me.  I always wanted to know what it was like to have a boyfriend. *sigh*

I guess it's just an idea.  What am I thinking?  What guy would want to send a valentine to me, never mind ask me out!
