Carter's PO.V.

When  I woke up, My whole body was aching everywhere. I got up and looked around. I must be at Zeland's place. Looking around the room, there were books all over the place. There were books shelves upon book shelves full of them. Sitting in the chair opposite the bed was Zelo sleeping. Was he here the whole time? The last thing I remember is them coming, or at least trying, to rescue me. I smiled. Even when he sleeps he still has his glasses on. I found it sweet in a I-don't-really-know-you-very-well-but-you-came-to-help-me kind of way. As to not wake him up, I carefully take his glasses off and place it on the dresser.

"Lookie here. Sleeping beauty woke up," said Chris standing at the door. "Are you feeling ok?"

"Yeah, I guess, but my body's swore like crazy" I responded while massaging my arms.

"Hey guys, she's awake!" yelled Chris startling me. At the sound of the yell, Zeland suddenly got up from his sleep.

"She's up?" said Aiden popping his head into the room. Out of nowhere, Lewis, Gabriel and Damian were by his side. As they made they're way inside, Damian punked Zelo on the arm.

"Hey punk, she's up," said Damian.

"Where are my glasses?" Zelao said squinting his eyes.

"Oh, um, here they are," I said shyly.

"Thanks," he responded as he placed his glasses on the bidge of his nose. "How are you? Are you ok?"

"Yeah, I just need some time to rest," I said. "Oh shoot, I need to call my mom,"

"Don't worry, I texted Kevin that you're hanging here and he's going to tell Callum," said Zelo. Silence followed his words.

"Would it be too much to ask you what happened?" asked Lewis breaking the silence. "I mean, we did save you after all."

Should I tell them about it? Will they be able to help? If Kevin and JML are friends, we can also, right? But I don't think they'll come to look for me again. I don't mean to be cocky but they just got their ass' whipped by a sixteen year-old girl. I could feel a smirk coming up.

"I'll tell you guys later when I'm ready." I said.

"It's fine, take your time. Here, put this ice on your face," said Aiden handing me a bag of ice.

"Do you have any make-up on you to cover up the bruise?" asked Damian.

"You can use some of mine," said Chris. Everyone lifted their eyebrows out of surprise. "What? Being a nerd doesn't mean I have to look like one."  Say that to your glasses, I thought, giggling.

"Ok guys, let's just forget what just happened. I'm sure that Carter has this sorted out. Why don't we go eat? Carter, I'm sure you must be hungry," asked Zelo.

"Sure, I'm starving," I said holding the ice against my jaw.
