8. A Dream To Never Be Forgotten

Sally fell asleep.

It was dark.  The trees were tall and seemed to dance in the wind.  She felt happy.  Safe.  Loved.  There was no one there, yet she was so close, to him, closer than she'd ever been.  His words were silent, but still very much there.  His breath was non-existed, yet so real.  His heart was beating fast, although it stopped so long ago.

She smiled.  He was there and she knew he was.  Knowing he was there was amazing.  Maybe he could see her.  Smell her perfume, hear her voice.  Maybe, just maybe, he could love her.

This feeling faded, it always did.  Her smile escaped her lips and she was left, standing, in the middle of a dark ally, completely, alone.  He wasn't there anymore.  He had died again.  The tears escaped her eyes, and, as her mascara faded, so did she.

Motionless, she lay on the ground, no longer in the ally, she was somewhere else, there was her mother, standing right there.  She didn't notice Sally.  More tears left her eyes.  Her mom lay in her bed.  Her beautiful, dark brown hair fell over her cornflower blue eyes.  Sally walked up to her and got in her bed.  She rested her head on her mom's shoulder and cried onto her chest.  Her mom still didn't notice her.  She just continued to lay in her bed, her eyes open and that beautiful smile on her face, the smile Sally was once quite familiar with.  It was now but a figment of her imagination, just like this all was.

The room vanished and she found herself in a forest.  There was Leon lying on the dirty floor.  The nights sky was clear and the stars glittered.  The grass was green and flowers grew, everywhere.  Leon picked one and gave it to her,  and then, he was gone.

Sally found herself in a small room.  There were purple walls and a golden staircase seemed to take up most of the space.  Although a glass bookcase was also found in the room.  Sally walked over to it.  It was completely empty, except for a strange, triangular, bronze object in the left corner of the case.  She reached out her hand to grab it.  Her finger bent and she felt her hands wrap around it-
