12. dont die

fear engulfed her, and her lips started to tremble. "I... hadn't thought about that. I would be a terrible Queen... but it would be at least a couple hundred years until i have to step up... royal elves live longer than common elves... well, that is what my grandfather used to say." tears threatened to escape "We can run away?"
“Of course we can run away my dear. But if you think about it… in a couple of hundred years…; Then I’ll probably be dead…” Kili tried to smile. He would not live as long as Sara, that he knew, but it still hurt him like nothing else.
Sara burst into tears, hearing Kili speak like that scared her in so many different ways.
“you.. you wont… die. you w-w-wont leave… m-me alone! n-never!” she cried hysterically, a deep pain ached in her heart
Kili couldn’t help to chuckle when he could see her panicking. “It’s okay dear, we’ve always known it, haven’t we? and…” He kissed the tip of the nose. “…It is a long time until then, so we might as well enjoy us right now, don’t you agree?”
"You just... you cant speak like that to me.. ever." Sara said, drying her face from the tears she had shed.
“I’m sorry dear…” He hugged her for a while. “Hey, what do you think of leaving right now?” Kili smiled. “We could run away today, and get rid of all this! Your ma’ wouldn’t even notice” Kili said. He knew that there was a big chance that the elves would, after they’d gotten away, search for the heir and they would probably not stop until they’d found her, but it didn’t stop Kili from asking.
