5. Lark at Midnight

It is late --
Pack your bags now and go to bed
The beginning of mucus-filled slimy
Monsters in coca-cola cups of paper
Wads and money burnt on a barbeque
Pit of sandy wind blowing on a briny
Seashore where shells never fail to curse
Mocking the birds who try to slither
Like snakes on a plane trying to be aerial
Flying on the wings of calamity like some
Freak of a clown who has grown wings and
Mutated to be a bacterial fear in most
Children whom ironically they are supposed to
Love because it doesn't always go your way.
