It gets even harder when you befriend a member of one of the biggest boybands ever, and those boys have come so close to finding out your secret. 1. Under The Lights

Chapter 1

“Under the lights tonight, I turned around.

And you stole my heart, just one look.

And I saw your face, I fell in love.

Take a minute girl, steal my heart tonight.”

~Stole my Heart

Chapter 1

*Cally’s POV*

I walked down the streets of Dublin, trying to take in the sights and sounds around me. I honestly didn’t think my life could get any better. I was quickly brought out of my thoughts when some guy bumped into me.

“Hey, blondie, watch where your going!”

I sighed. Blondie, that nickname I had loved until about 3 months ago. I had always loved being called blondie, until it started being used in worse ways, and the blonde jokes got worse and more hurtful. I didn’t mind any dumb blonde jokes; it was when people started making jokes about blondes and what they do. Those were hurtful. I shook it off and kept walking. I eventually found my hotel and went up to my room. I was going to go out to a new club that had opened up nearby; and just try and forget everything, forget why I jumped on the opportunity to leave home, forget about the betrayal that nearly killed me, and most importantly, forget about him.

An hour later I left the hotel, I hadn’t done much, just added a bit of make-up and put on a skirt and top. I wasn’t trying to impress, I just wanted to have fun. As I entered the club I looked around and found my friend who had come up with this whole crazy idea to get me out in a club. As I walked over she shouted a hello, I groaned silently, she was already drunk. I said a quick hello as I sat down. She looked me up an down.

“Really, that’s the best you can do? You are in Ireland! And you dress like your going to a business meeting.”

I took a deep breath.

“Lily, I told you, I’m not trying to impress anyone, I just wanted to come out and have a good time.” I replied.

Lily sighed and rolled her eyes at me. I simply looked around at the now crowded club. There were a few guys by the bar, some by themselves at a table, one guy by himself against the wall, and a bunch of guys on the dance floor. Nobody special looking; other than that guy against the wall. I shook my head, I wasn’t here to meet a guy, I was here to have a good time, forget a certain guy, and to get the credits I needed to graduate.

A few hours later I finally got back to my hotel room. I forget how long I had been dancing when I saw that the boy over by the wall was looking at me again. For the first time all night I got a good look at him. He was a little taller than me, blonde color hair, and he looked to be maybe a year or two older than me. After he noticed me looking at him I blushed and looked away, when I finally looked back at his spot he was gone. After that I had to go take Lily home since she was pretty much wasted. Then I changed and crawled into bed, thinking about the blonde haired man at the club.

*Niall’s POV*

I was exhausted. Me and the lads had just finished another tour and I had gotten back just yesterday. I sighed as I walked into some new club in Dublin. I had a scarf around my neck and was trying to hide as much as I could. I loved my fans, truly I did, I just wanted a night out without them. I went and sat against the wall, just looking around. After a few minutes of looking around, I sat down and relaxed. That was when she walked in. She just stood out; she was wearing nice clothes but also respectable clothes, unlike a lot of the girls in this club. Plus she didn’t look like she was trying. I stayed against the wall as she walked over to someone. I tried not to keep watching her as she danced but I could not help it. Eventually she looked over and saw me. She had blonde hair, about my height; she seemed to be maybe a year or two younger than me. She turned away a second later. I left shortly after that.

As I walked to the hotel I was staying at till I could go home to Mulingar tomorrow; I thought about the girl I had seen at the club. She seemed different, special. I wish I had gone to talk to her, but I had been afraid of what would happen if she found out who I was. Thinking back now I should of just gone and talked to her. Well it was to late now. I had missed my chance and would probably never see her again.
