"There has to be a reason" he states. His eyebrows narrows. In my luck it starts to rain, I roll out from under Evan and run to the boat to get the food, me and Evan grab loads of food and bring it to under a shaded tree. Sand was sticking to my feet because the rain water, was mixing with the sand. So I quickly make my way to underneath the tree to where Evan was sitting. We sat in silence watching the rain fall, as it hit the sand, and as it hits the water with a silent splash.
Evan breaks the silence between us. "I think you're cute too"
"Huh" I ask confused
"Yesterday, on the boat, you said I was cute, so I was telling you I think you are cute"
I blush "Yeah, I said you were cute indirectly" I say changing my position to face Evan.
"You still said it" he teases
"You love teasing me don't you" I say laughing
"Very much so" he grins
I roll my eyes "Want to play a game" I ask
"Truth or dare?" He grins at me.
"Sure" I giggle "Truth or dare"
I smile I was going to have fun with this one. "I dare you to go jump into the lake, only wearing boxers." He gives me a strange look, and strips down to his boxers.
"Okay" he sighs, "I'm ready to humiliate my self", as soon as he walks toward the lake the rain starts to pour down. He then turns around runs up me and lifts me up running down to the water.
"Let me down!" I shriek
"Okay" he says dropping me into the ice cold water.
The ice cold water touches my skin, I shiver, pulling down Evan with me.
"You scream like a little girl" I conclude while giggling. The rain was dreanching us more than the ocean. my hair was dripping wet and drops of water were falling off my eye laches. As we looked into each others eyes smiling. I lean in and kiss him on the cheek, when I pull back, he kisses me on the lips. What could I say, I saw the kiss coming, we are alone on a beach and it's raining. This sounds cheesy but, I felt sparks fly, whenever we kissed. I pulled back putting my forehead on his. I shiver again, I just realized how cold I was, I look up at the dark clouds, and just then the rain started to lighten up.
"Let's get you out of the water" Evan exclaims laughing. He picks me up, as he walks with me in his arms, I let my feet brush against the ice cold water, tickling my foot with every step he took.
