Bow's mother died giving birth to Bow so her father married some random lady years after. Ever since the day she gained a stepmother, Bow has always hated her life. She always had anger problems, and always had tantrums, but they got worse and she started hating everyone and almost everything. Bow now uses her father's status to her advantage, but is never happy with her life. But will that all change when a certain boy band becomes her father's new clients? What will happen when one of the boys walks into her life and turns her whole world around?

3. Summer and Surprise Guests

I woke up in a hurry and checked my phone. "Shit!" I hissed. It was around ten o'clock. I jumped out of bed and went into the bathroom. I hastily washed my face, brushed my teeth, combed my hair, all that good stuff. I was going to be late for school. Actually I was already late. I rushed towards my closet after stripping off my PJs off and tossing them into the hamper. I pulled on a loose but super cute white T-shirt that said 'BOWS & DIAMONDS' in grey/silver cursive writing. Then I wiggled into black skinny jeans and slipped on my white high top Converse shoes. I tied my hair up into a bun, it was kind of messy, but I found it cute and didn't bother to fix it. I went over to my make up table and put on mascara, eyeliner, a nude/pink shade of lipgloss, and use just a little bit of concealer to cover up the circles under my eyes. I was about to run out my door, but noticed my secret room was still open. I quickly shut it, it automatically locked, so I unlocked my own door and ran downstairs.

"Nanny! I'm late for school! Why didn't anyone wake me?" I practically screamed. Just as I neared the front door, her head popped out from the living room. I looked at her, not really angry, but upset. She gave me a confused look. "Nanny! I woke up at like ten! I'm late!!" She shook her head and started laughing. "What's so funny?" I asked, inching slowly towards the door.

"Honey, school was out yesterday," Nanny said not able to contain her laugh. I felt my face burn to a deep red. Everything from the day before replaying in my head. The class parties, the graduation ceremony, signing yearbooks one last time, saying goodbye for until who knows when. I rested against the wall near the door and sunk to the floor, becoming so tired. I slipped off my shoes and undid my hair. I checked my phone. Saturday. We don't even have school on Saturdays. I did a face-palm to my forehead and stood up, heading for the stairs, shoes in my hand. "Don't forget your father has his party today! You need to be ready by seven!" I groaned and made my journey up the stairs. I was so tired from not getting enough sleep for the whole week because of my late night ready sessions.

Right when I walked into my room, I flopped myself on top of my unmade bed and curled up into a ball under the covers. I could feel myself falling asleep. I yawned and then I was out.

I woke up to the sound of my father's voice booming outside my door. I looked up and strained to understand him. "Just come in!" I screamed. Her popped his head in. "Honey, it's almost four! Get out of bed and go get ready! Veronica and I will wait for you downstairs," he said, his head retreating. Then it popped back into my room. "Oh, and try not to screw up this party okay?" he said with a fake smile. I growled at him and he closed the door. I hated him. I might have his personality from when he was younger, but I was nothing like that foul beast. He had light brown, spic and span, hair. His eyes were a dark brown, he had no facial hair, was pretty muscular, nicely tan, was around six feet tall, and had no consideration or feelings towards his children.

Heaving a sigh, I checked my phone and had 23 messages, 4 missed calls and a lot of twitter notices. Marissa messaged me to tell me that she was coming around five and asking if she could spend the night because her parents were going out of town and she didn't want to be alone. She was an only child. Stacy said she was bringing her boyfriend Dave (gag) and they might be a little late because she had to take her little sisters to their friend's house, drop her baby brother off at her grandma's, and take her now to be sophomore brother to his karate class. I told her to bring her things to my house and spend the night, I would drop her home the next day. My missed calls were all from Veronica. She wanted me to get "your lazy ass out of your fucking bed before I fucking come up there and pull you out by your hair." I am not kidding you, she said that. She's a bitch, a two-faced bitch.

I got up from my bed and made my way to my bathroom. I was checking my twitter and undressing for a shower, but stopped midway of taking my shirt off. There was a tweet that said, [@TWpancakes: I bet @BowADiamond is so excited that @SivaTheWanted is going to her dad's party ;) Lucky girl] I couldn't stop the smile from appearing on my face. I had a huge crush on Siva Kaneswaran since I first laid my eyes on him. Too bad he had a girlfriend. She was really pretty, and sweet, but I was totally jealous of her and wish I was with him instead of her with him. I continued to strip my clothes off and happily walked into the shower tub. I was practically singing with joy as the warm water hit my skin, relaxing me as I washed my body and hair.

I heard Nanny chuckled to herself in my room as I started blow drying by hair. I wasn't naked, I was in my underwear, but I hid my body behind the door as I popped my head out. Marissa was sitting like a little cutie on my bed with her dress on. She looked like a princess. Her front hair was clipped up and held by a white bow at the back of her head. The light blue dress really made her eyes sparkle and stand out. She was wearing black mascara and her eye shadow was like a smoky kind, but instead of black and grey colors she replaced them with lighter shades of blue. And the brown was replaced with a silvery color. She looked like a stunning princess that was taken out of a fairy tale. I wasn't jealous, I was feeling happy for her. I covered my body with the loose tee I was wearing earlier. It was not only loose, but long and fell to mid-thigh. After my hair was dry, I walked out into my room.

"Hey Bow," Marissa said with a smile. She gave me a small wave. I gave her a cool 'sup' nod and she let out a giggle. Nanny smiled then walked out, leaving us alone. I walked to the door and locked it, then sat at my make up table. "Scott asked me out..." I turned around completely in my small chair. My jaw dropped and I couldn't stop smiling. Her face turned a deep shade of red and she tried to hide her face with her hands. "Gosh I thought you didn't hear that," she squeaked.

"I hear everything," I laughed. I turned back to my table to do my make up. I only use L'OREAL and some stuff I find cute at Sephora and MAC. I was going for a snowy look that would sparkle and make my stand out. I did more of a smoky eye though, with only shades of grey and white. I used black eye liner mixing it a bit with brown. Then I applied a pinkish nude color lipstick to my lips and turned to Marissa. "Okay now that my makeup is done, tell me all about what happened." I walked over to my closet and started getting changed, but fully listening to her speak.

"Well, so... yesterday he was talking to me in all my classes," Marissa said. She was blushing. "And he never talked to me before, and I guess that's because I don't really talk in class. So we just talked in talked and you know stuff... And then he asked for my number in my last class." That meant Stacy already knew. "So I gave it to him and he took my phone and texted himself using my phone and so now I have his number too! And than during graduation, since we stood next to each other, he asked if I wanted to go on a date with him today... but I had to decline... but then I told him to meet me here... I'm sorry!!" I froze just as I was slipping my white heels on. I looked up at her and tried to swallow the lump in my throat. I wasn't angry but she must have thought so because she looked like she might cry.

"Haha let's hope he's not going to freak out around celebrities," I said with a warm smile. She relaxed a bit and smiled back. "Did anything else happen?" I continued to slip my heels on.

"Oh yeah! Well um... He said no, because he knew he wasn't really invited by you... But he said he wanted to take me out tomorrow instead!! I'm so excited! We are going to the movies then out for some ice cream. What should I wear?" Marissa said, too excited to control her emotions. I held my finger up to her and walked int my closet. I looked through my clothes to see if any of my clothes would suit her. "I was thinking casual, you know like my Superman tee and shorts and them my black high tops," Marissa said. I liked the image of her in that outfit. I popped out of my closet and nodded at her.

"Want to curl my hair for me?" I asked Marissa. She smiled and made me sit at my make-up table. I handed her a curling wand and she curled my hair for me. I handed her hairspray and as she was spraying my hair I remembered the tweet from earlier. "Oh! Siva Kaneswaran might be at the party tonight!" I said so happily. I heard Marissa snort in disbelief. She shook her head. "What do you mean?" I said, upset of the rejection.

"No, The Wanted is not attending the party tonight," she said, spraying the last bit of my hair. She put the can down and then went back to my bed. "I saw the party list. The Wanted was crossed off since they have a concert tonight, in England." I whined like a puppy. I sat next to her on my bed and she held me in a hug. "It's okay, there are some other cute guys coming- I'M SO EXCITED- that you'll like." My ear was deaf for a few seconds from her awkward outburst.

We heard the doorbell ring and we got up. I checked her to make sure her outfit was fine and then she checked me and helped me zip it up all the way. The back was bare for my upper back so it zipped up to the bottom of my upper back. Then we traveled downstairs to greet some models, Adam Levine, Will Smith, Mrs. Smith, Rihanna, and Psy.

After an hour there was a party going on in the whole first floor of the house. Almost everyone was there. I say almost because Marissa kept tell me to be a bit more patient to see who it was. So I waited and waited until the doorbell chimed. My father rushed to open it, letting in Simon Cowell and five boys and three girls that didn't register into my celeb knowledge.

"Welcome Simon, and One Direction!" my father's loud voice boomed.
