The End

When the world ends, will Layla and Dylan be able to survive on their own? They haven't found any water in days, and their food selection is scarce. They need to find help, before their time is up. When they meet up with five boys from the fire, will they be able to survive together? Or will hell find them first? So far, hell is winning.

37. I'm Okay

Danielle's POV:

I ran after Harry, catching the door just before he closed it. "What?" He asked.

"She'll be ok." I promised. Tears started falling from his eyes. "What if she's

not?!" He yelled slamming his fists against the wall. I rubbed his back in

attempt to calm him down. "She's strong, she'll make it through this." I

reassured him. "I just need her to get better." He cried. "She'll be ok." I said

again. He shook his head and ran a hand through his hair. He looked so sad. "I

just want her to be ok." He sobbed. There was a knock at the door. I slowly

opened it and saw Layla crying. "Harry I'm ok." She cried. He stood up and

wrapped his arms around her. "You're really sick, Layla. And I-" "Please don't

worry," she cried,  "I feel like I'm making you really stressed and scared and I

can't have that happening. I need your help you can't get like this."  "Layla it's hard. You're scaring me." Harry confessed. "Please. I need

your help. I feel terrible, everything hurts, and I need your help to get

better. You can't get stressed and walk out on me like that." She explained.

Harry drew a shaky breath and sighed. "I'm sorry." He cried. Layla squeezed her

eyes shut and gripped onto Harry's torso. "I love you." She said. "I love you

more." Harry pressed his lips hard against the top of Layla's head.

Harry's POV:

I walked with Layla back towards everyone, Danielle followed close behind. "You

both look terrible." Louis said. I wiped my eyes and sat down. "Thanks." I said

sarcastically. Layla laid down on the empty couch and fiddled with her hair. The

room was silent. Everyone just kind of sat there and looked at each other

weirdly. "Stop." Layla said sitting up. Everyone looked at her curiously. "I

know what you all are thinking and I don't want you to worry about me. I'll be

ok. Nothing's going to happen. If you guys keep thinking like that it's gonna

get worse. It's not helping." She said. She stood up and walked towards

everyone, sitting back down in the chair next to me. Everything went silent
