I hear a knock on the door. I turned off the TV to Spongebob, surprisingly I was watching it, and answered the door.
“Hey!” I greeted cheerfully.
“Hi!” He said smiling revealing his dimples.
That my friends almost made me melt...
I invited him in, “Would you like anything to drink?” I asked while sipping the apple juice I left on the counter.
“Uh no, thanks.”
I nodded and walked into the living room, and he just stood there.
“Well aren't you coming?” I asked, he jumped.
“Sorry I was in a daze.”
He walked over to me while I rolled my eyes. I sat down on the couch and he sat next to me.
“So... What do you wanna do?” He asked me. Oh that's right, I invited him over for a reason...
“Uh, well, I just wanted to get to know you and stuff so you can prove that you aren't fake,” I answered truthfully.
“Alright... We're going to play a game where I ask a question you answer, then I answer, then you ask me a question. Is that alright with you?” I asked.
“Yeah, sure, kinda like twenty questions right?” He asks, and I nod.
“Alright, ready?” I asked while he nodded.
He smiled, “Favorite food?”
We were playing along pretty smoothly.
“Someone who Influences you?” I ask.
I sat there for a minute. “And who's yours?” He asked.
“Michael Jackson,” I muttered.
“What? Did you just say Michael Jackson?” He asked while trying to hold in laughter.
“Yes I did, and I'm proud!” I shouted.
He started laughing and chuckling a little bit until he stopped.
“How is Michael Jackson an influence on you?” He asked.
“Well, he sings and dances... I love to sing and dance, and he doesn't care what people think or say about him! Well, at least I think anyways, but I guess it doesn't really matter because Elvis and Michael are both dead so...”
“Point proven, but I didn't know you sing!” He said in disbelief.
“I don't it's just for fun, because I'm really bad at it!” I said giggling.
“Even though I have known you for one day, I think you can sing,” He says.
“If we continue with our game then I might sing for you then.”
“Let's continue, shall we?” He asked, and I laughed.
“Alright, but I believe it's your turn Mr. Styles.”
“Okay, single or taken?” He asked awkwardly.
“What's his name?” He asked me.
“Alec,” I answered.
His dimpled smile dropped a bit. He actually looked a little bit jealous but I ignored it.
“Favorite drink in the world?” I yelled.
“Apple juice!” We both yelled in unison.
We both laughed at our loudness and shared interest.
“Are you a virgin...?” He asked.
“No,” I whispered.
His eyes opened wide with shock.
“But... You look so innocent.”
I shook my head, “I'm far from innocent, Harry, but another question is, are you a virgin?”
He looked down at his fingers and played with the rings on them. “Uh, no. No I'm not.”
“Um, I think we got enough information out of each other for one day,” I stood up quickly.
“Yeah, I think we did,” Harry stood up also.
He walked towards the door but turned around quickly like he had an idea.
“Wait!” He yelled and smiled.
I gave him a questioning look. “You said you'd sing, remember?”
I sent him daggers while he just smirked. I sighed, “Alright, fine.”
He looked like he was a five year old on Christmas when I said that.
“Okay, what song then?” I asked the smiling boy.
“Do 'What Makes You Beautiful' by One Direction!”He said trying to sound like a teenage fangirl.
I frowned but giggled. “Uh, yeah, I don't know that song.”
His eyes widened and then he smirked.
“But you have two sisters for directioners?” He asked jokingly.
“Yep...” I answered.
He smiled, “Do a song you know then!” He said with a laugh.
I think of my favorite song, which is at the moment, 'The A Team' by Ed Sheeran.
“Alright here goes.”
I finished singing and he applauded me at the end. I blushed. “That was amazing Dylan!”
“I don't really think so. My sisters and Alec say I'm really bad, while my friend Nicole and my mum say I'm really good. But if its coming from a professional then I guess I could believe it.” I smiled.
“Wait. Alec said you were a bad singer?” Harry asked.
“Yeah, he says things about me, and does some things to me and stuff, but today it was really weird,” I explained.
“Why? What happened? What do you mean he does some things to you? Does he hit you?” He looked worried.
“Oh my god Harry! No he does not hit me. Only once, but it was an accident, and the things he does isn't any of your business!” I was lying straight to his face.
“But today, when I was coming home from his house, I went to kiss him but he pulled away from me like I was just some random stranger,” I looked down hurt.
“Hey,” He took his finger under my chin and tilted my head so I was looking into his perfect green eyes.
“Just don't forget I'm here for you okay?” I nodded and smiled. He hugged me. I was hugging Harry Styles in my living room. Any girl would kill to be in my position right now.
“Well, I have to go. The boys and I have rehearsals. Text me if you need anything!” He said walking towards the door once again.
“Okay, I'll um, see you later?” I asked and gave him a smile.
He nodded and walked out the door. I watched him get into his car. He waved and drove off. I shut the door and leaned on it.
I heard a buzzing sound from a pocket and saw that Alec texted me.
Alec: I'm breaking up with you. Don't ask or reply.
I looked at the text and dropped down to my knees. I just stared at it until I saw tiny water droplets from my tears appear on my screen.
