We arrived at the big club filled with people, of course most were from Imrich Academy, I even saw Emma. We walked into the loud building and saw a lot of celebrities and rich kids just grinding against each other. Gabby pulled me towards the middle of the crowded room and startling dancing urging me to dance with her. I didn't know how to dance so it looked awkward but then my body moved on its own. Out of the corner of my eye I saw a sparkle float down, I looked up but was blinded by the blinking colorful lights. I felt a tap on shoulder,
"Whatcha lookin for doll!?" I turned around and saw LaLa grinning at me, I squealed and hugged her.
"I was looking for you!" I looked at Gabby, she was dancing with a cute guy so I motioned LaLa to go to the bathroom. We danced our way towards the bathroom but when I freed myself from the throng the power turned off and I felt myself being yanked to the side. I felt someone stripping me and pulling on my hair, I wanted to scream but they put something in my mouth that tasted sweet; it took up all the room in my and then they started messing with my face. I was shove against a wall, then I felt myself being lowered and stuck against the wall like glue.
"Don't worry everyone!" I heard Ricky's voice somewhere and the music started again, "Thanks for coming to my birthday party! I know that I just said party on the invitation, but I'm glad every one bothered to remember that it was my birthday, look at all the gifts I got!" cheers roared from the invisible crowd. "I would like to also introduce you to my girlfriend!" Light seeped in from my feet, I looked down and noticed I was in a box and was being lowered down into the room below me. "She's as beautiful as a model!" I got lowered down until I saw the room filled with people. I looked down at myself, my dress was switched out with a strapless maroon colored; I felt my neck, my necklace was still on. "Isn't she a catch? I'm also proud to introduce my friend, Kyle Ballew! Please welcome those two!" I tried to take off my necklace but it was too late, Kyle was already on the stage Ricky was on and he saw my necklace.
"Cinderella?! You were!" I felt like vomiting, the expression Kyle had rubbed me the wrong way. It was a face that screamed confusion, betrayal, sadness, and surprise.
