My Messed Up Cinderella Story

Hey, my name is Cindy. Cindy Oak, and I'll tell you this awesome, twisted, and messed up Cinderella story. I know that you know magic isn't real, but I'll show you how wrong you are. Listen to my story and you'll be blown away!

4. School

It takes an hour to get to my parents house in the morning since there is no traffic. I make them breakfast and then leave right away. They say I make them vomit and to have to see my face in the morning would make them loose their appetite. Then I go to school, which starts at 7:15, it's not a prestigious school like the ones that my siblings go to, I have to pay for my own tuition, and right now I only have enough to go to a public school.

Even though its a public school, we still have to wear uniforms. It's only because that school is located in the rich part of the state. I wanted to get a good education and so I choose the cheapest school that gave a somewhat good education. I didn't want to go to a school where a bunch of thugs went to, that would have been like walking into a tigers den.

My uniform was XXXL, can you imagine how big I was compared to LaLa? She wore an XS and I looked really cute on her.

"I'll do ya a freebie," she jumped up and down, causing some magic dust to fall from her. She stuck a finger in it and then into my mouth. "this should cause you to loose... How much to you weigh?"

"200 lbs." I replied, she did some sort of math problem into the air, then looked at me,

"You should loose 5 lb every day for about..." She does the same thing in the air again, "20 days, this should bring ya back to a normal weight. Mmm, why'd ya let yourself go? Geez! Anyways, lets go to school.

Now I want you to picture this, picture a movie, where there is a beautiful girl walking. In SLOW motion with fitting music in the background. That was what LaLa looked like. There was actually music in the background because the other students were playing some, but anyways LaLa looked REALLY cool. I was afraid that I was going to make her look bad so I stepped back and walked behind her but she stopped and looked at me. Do you want to know what she did next? She pulled me next to her and we walked side by side.

I was very happy. The best day of school in my life, there were people staring at us but I didn't care, I didn't care until someone stuck out their foot and tripped me. When I fell it was slow and I thought I saw my life flash before my eyes, I knew I wouldn't die from this, but my pride would. When I fell, I felt the ground shake underneath me.

"Earthquake!" Someone shouted, laughter echoed around me, it brought tears to my eyes. School was a very breaking place, I almost ran away, but there was a hand. I looked up, it was LaLa's hand, she gave me a warm smile and told me 'it's al'ight, girl. Be strong."
