I open my eyes to pitch black and Olivia. Looking over at my phone, I realize it's still the middle of the night. I see Olivia's beautiful face on the bed a couple feet away, her pink lips in a slight smile. I sit up in bed, looking her direction, and decide to have her sleep in my bed. I silently slip out of the covers and walk to her bedside, putting my right hand under her knees and my left supporting her back. I hold her close and kiss her cheek, placing her in my bed and laying down directly next to her. I cuddle in closer and pull her waist closer to me with a tug of my arm. She looks heavenly in her sleep. "Goodnight, beautiful." I whisper in her ear. I slip us under the covers and watch the steady breathing making her chest move up and down slowly.
Out of nowhere I feel a pair of large hands slide under me and pick me up bridal-style, carrying me to another bed. I recognize the soft hands to be Harry's, and beam on the inside as I feel his soft lips press to my cheek, leaving a warm feeling to spread throughout my body. He lays me down and snuggles closer, leaving a smile to creep onto my face. He then whispers "Goodnight, beautiful." I open my eyes and turn to face him.
"Will you sing to me?" I ask quietly. His eyes seem to pop out of their sockets, and then I realize he thought I was asleep.
"Christ, Livie. You scared me out of my wits." He laughs, lowering his voice.
"Please, Harry? I want to hear your voice." I beg, looking into his green orbs. They catch the moonlight from the window perfectly and it makes them sparkle. He softly begins to sing into my ear as I flip back to the other side. He pulls me closer into his embrace.
Your hand fits in mine like it's made just for me.
He reaches for my hand and squeezes it, rubbing circles over my knuckles.
But bear this in mind, it was meant to be.
And I'm joining up the dots with the freckles on your cheeks,
He pokes my cheek lightly and I giggle, blushing bright red.
And it all makes sense to me.
He continues singing, pointing things out that add up to the song lyrics, and once he's finished I turn to see his face. Pushing the soft curls out of his face, I cup his chin in my hand and press my lips lightly to his.
"Thank you," I whisper, and the corners of his mouth turn into a grin. He lies on his back and I curl my head into his chest, falling asleep after a few brief minutes of listening to the soft purr of his breathing.
