5. Beach time!

A/N: Sorry that this chapter is so LONG! But I couldn't separate it. Trust me. :) Enjoy!

“LEAH! GET UP!” I heard Nick getting dressed beside me.

I moaned and rubbed my eyes. It was really bright. I realized what today was and shot up, scaring Nick almost half to death.

“Whoa! Dang, Leah! Excited much?” he said chuckling.

I ran out of bed and to my suitcase to get my tankini and a beach dress for over it. I ran in the bathroom and put it on and grabbed my flip flops. I brushed on light make-up with SPF moisturizer. Nick and I put on some sunscreen and grabbed our towels. Since we were directly on the beach, it didn’t take us but 2 minutes to walk to it. I laid down my bag with tanning lotion, sunscreen, a towel, and my sunglasses and took off my beach dress. I laid out the towel and laid on it. But I needed some help with putting on my tanning lotion.

“Hey honey?” I yelled to him by the water.

He looked up and ran over to me.

“Yes, babe?” he asked.

“Can you help me put tanning lotion on my back?” I asked batting my eyes and smiling innocently.

He rolled his eyes and sat down on my towel to help me. I put the lotion on my legs and arms and stomach as he massaged it into my back. It felt so nice. I closed my eyes as he massaged it onto my neck and down my spine. A moan accidentally escaped my lips and I quickly felt my cheeks turn red. Nick stopped what he was doing and looked over my shoulder at me.

“Really?” he raised his eyebrow.

“I love back massages. Thank you, sweetie. That felt great,” I giggled and tried to turn around, but Nick stopped me.

“Uh uh uh! I’m not finished yet,” he smirked.

I rolled my eyes and let him do his magic. He massaged my whole back from top to bottom and rolling out every nook and knot. He kissed my cheek softly and let me lay down on my towel. I put on my sunglasses as Nick laid his towel down next to me. He said he needed help with lotion on his back too so he laid on his stomach as I massaged it into his back.

“Mmmm,” a moan escaped his lips.

I smiled knowing that this felt good to him. I used my knuckles with my right hand and lightly touched my fingertips on his warm skin.

“Wow, you’re good at this,” he mumbled through the towel.

“Why thank you!” I said patting his back.

He whimpered a bit. I laid on my stomach with my hands by my side. I felt him gently sneak his left hand into mine. I smiled a little at him and he smiled back. I had a feeling he was going to throw me in the water later.

I heard the alarm I put on my phone to tell me turn over and Nick and I did so. I grabbed his right hand in my left and hummed a song.

“What song is that?” he asked me tilting his head to face me.

“Nothing,” I smiled.

“No, I like it! Is it yours?” he asked propping up on his elbows behind him.

“Mhmm,” I hummed.

“What’s it called?” he questioned.

“I don’t even know yet,” I chuckled.

“Well, it’s really good. Wanna sing something for me?” he smiled and raised an eyebrow.

Ugh, that eyebrow. I peeked one eye open and sighed at his pitifulness.

“Love, love, love, It's filling up the room. Oh it's love, love, love, what am I gonna do? Thoughts of you inside my head, butterflies and roses red. That is what love does to you,” I sang and stopped to look at his reaction.

“Wow,” he mouthed. “I love it!” he said gleefully.

I smiled and closed my eyes again, “Thanks, babe. I haven’t started on the verses. That was, I think, the chorus. I also kind of wrote it as a duet, so I'm gonna need help with that,” I winked at him.

“I could help you, if you want?” he asked, smirking and holding my hand.

“Sure, hon. I would love that,” I smiled again.

Just then my alarm went off again to tell me I was done with tanning. Evenly, thank goodness. I sat up and took off my sunglasses and letting down my hair. It is naturally wavy so it looked like perfect beach hair. Nick stood up, dusted off sand, and looked down at me with an evil look. He helped me up and I was laughing at him confused, but then I immediately wiped the smile off my face.

“You wouldn’t,” I said shaking my head.

“Too bad,” he said throwing me over his shoulder.

“NICK! Stop it! Put me down now!” I yelled, slapping his back.

“Never!” he yelled over me.

“Nick!!!” I screamed one more time before being plunged into the water with Nick.

He was still holding onto me so it wasn’t just me. I came up and jumped off of him. I crossed my arms as he came out of the water.

“That was not nice,” I said.

He gave me a puppy dog face, “I’m sowwy. I’ll kiss it and make it feel better?”

I gave up and smiled at him. He picked me up and I wrapped my legs around him. I held his cheeks and kissed him on the nose. He smiled as I giggled at him. He kissed me back on the nose as well. He kept his lips on my nose longer though. He pulled away and I smirked at him.

“You’re so weird,” I said laughing at him.

“So are you,” he leaned his forehead against mine.

He had his arms wrapped around my hips and I could feel him taking deep breaths. I wanted to stay like this forever. I kissed his lips softly and wrapped my arms around his neck. He pulled me closer to him and deepened the kiss. I smiled as our lips moved in sync with each other’s. We haven’t kissed like this really ever; especially in water. It became heated and I could feel his trunk bottoms poke out a little. I knew what that was, but I wasn’t planning on let that happen until after we get married and he was going to do the same. I pulled away from the kiss before it led to anything more. I laughed at him as he pouted a little.

“Honey, we are waiting until we get married,” I said after I kissed him quickly one more time.

“I know, and I promise you that THAT night, I will show you how much you mean to me. I love you so much, Leah, you have no idea,” he said connecting our foreheads again.

“Oh I know, babe. I love you too,” I kissed him softly again.

He is the sweetest. I don’t know who I would be with without him. He really is my everything. I cannot wait until those wedding bells ring. ;)

We pulled away and I started to let go and get out of the water when Nick splashed me in the face. I coughed a little and splashed him back, but with a lot more water.

“I can’t believe you just did that!” he gasped and laughed at the same time.

I stuck my tongue out at him.

“HA!” I yelled.

He picked me up again and dunked me. I hated being dunked. I took a deep breath before he shoved me down and didn’t fight. Struggling only makes it worse. I laid there in his arms and he picked me up out the water bridal style. I laughed a bit as he laid me gently on my towel.

“You know what we should do?” I asked pulling him down to sit with me.

“What?” he said tapping my nose.

“Make a sand castle!” I said jumping up and pulling out a bucket and shovel from my bag.

“Sweet!” he said like a little kid.

I stood up and took the bucket to the slightly damp sand, filling it to the top. Nick came over by side and helped me flip it over.

“Perfect!” he exclaimed.

“It’s only one bucket, Nick,” I said to him giggling.

“I know! That is what makes it special! See? Here. We can put little things on it and write on it,” he said taking out his pocket knife.

I walked over to the edge of the beach and grabbed small sticks and sea shells. Nick took the shovel and dug a ditch around the sand castle. I came back and placed leaves and feathers and sticks in the castle. I saw Nick had written something and got closer to it.

‘I Do.

Nicholas and Leah Jonas’ it wrote.

I smiled and looked at Nick. He stopped shoveling and smiled.

“You know I’m not a Jonas yet, right?” I asked.

“Yeah, but you are to me,” he said holding my hand.

“I love it. I’m taking a picture,” I said pulling out my phone.

“Good! Post it on instagram after we get married,” he said looking as I took the picture.

“Why not now?” I asked.

“Remember? You aren’t married yet,” he said.

“We can make a different one, but just write our first names and write “Together Forever” or something,” I said getting excited and turning to him.

He smiled and picked up the bucket and started filling it. He placed it on the flat sand next to our first castle. I put feathers perfectly around it and helped Nick dig a ditch around it also. I made sure to get a full picture of the other castle, after putting clean water in the ditch Nick formed. He wrote on the top of the other one saying:  Nick and Leah Together Forever

I smiled as he drew the heart. He truly is the one and only that I’ve been waiting for. I rested my chin on his shoulder and looked over it while he craved each letter into the castle.

“It’s beautiful, sweetie,” I whispered.

He shivered.

“Thank you, Leah, but you far more beautiful than my ugly handwriting,” he said doing the sexy half smile.

“It’s gorgeous, honey!” I argued.

I wrapped my arms around him from behind and kissed his back.

“You’re gonna have to stop doing that, babe. I’m getting way too excited at the moment with you,” he mumbled to me.

I smiled as he stood up and helped me up as well. We took a step back to look at the second castle. It was far prettier than the first, oddly enough. I quickly took a picture of it. Nick took the phone from me and brought me over to the castle and we sat down. He turned the front camera on and we smiled together with the castle. He quickly kissed me as I turned my head towards him. I think he was aiming for my cheek. I had a shocked expression on my face when he did. My eyes were open and everything. He snapped a picture. I smiled and closed my eyes and holding his face in my hands, deepening the kiss. He smiled too, wrapping his right arm around me. He took another picture. We pulled away and looked at the pictures. It was a cute concept. I posted the second picture of our castle with both of us smiling in it, on instagram and tagged Nick in it. Nick stole my phone and logged onto his instagram and posted the 2 pictures of him kissing me, shocked and then not. He said, ‘I stole a kiss <3’ and tagged me in it. Then posted the other saying, ‘She stole it back ;) #She’sPerfect’ I smiled at him as he hit the post button. Now the world knows about us being together. I didn’t care, I was just glad he had nothing to hide. I loved him and he wanted everyone to know. I loved him for that also.
