26. Chapter 25

We decided on walking to wherever Harry was taking me because the weather was gorgeous. The sun was beating down on us and a few clouds hung in the sky. Harry had his arm wrapped round my shoulder and my arm was slung around his waist as we were sauntering down the road.

"Hey I recognise this place; I walk down here to get to the mall in the summer. I didn't know we were so close to our holiday villa," I tell him. He just grins because he obviously did. "You're cheeky," I say, kissing him lightly on the cheek. He pulls me towards him so my face is against his chest. Then he wraps his arms around my head tightly so I can't see where we're going. Harry carries on walking, me walking backwards.

"Hey!" I protest.

"We'll be there in a second," he tells me. I huff loudly and hear him chuckle. Eventually Harry leans down so that I find myself sitting on something cold. He removes his arms and sits beside me. I open my eyes and look around. I knew this place all too well. It was like déjà vu to me. I was sitting on the exact same bench I sat on when I first met Harry. In the same park we were in when I really fell for him. Tears start forming in my eyes.

"I can't believe you remember," I say quietly.

"How could I not. I remember walking towards you, worried that you might not like me as much as I liked you. I remember the sun bouncing off your hair, making your eyes brighter. I remember falling down the bank with you. This place just reminds me of you," Harry smiles taking my hand.
I lean towards him and kiss him lightly. Harry's hands move to my cheeks as he holds me delicately. "I have another surprise," he says taking my hand again. He pulls me around the park and towards the other side. We turn the corner and I see the pond. Above it on the bank lay a picnic blanket with food covering it. I grinned at Harry.

"Where's all the flowers this time?" I pout at him.

"Hey it's autumn I couldn't find any!" He protests. I put my hands on his chest and reach up to him.

"I'm kidding! I love it!" I laugh. He chuckles aswell, pushing a strand of hair behind my ear. He starts to leans down but stops with his lips hovering over mine. I could feel his hot breath on my face.

"I'll race you!" He yells. He's already halfway up the bank before I register what just happened but I run after him, catching his feet. Unfortunately he's quicker than me and reaches the top before I catch him. I stand half way down and pout at him.
Harry walks back down the bank and pushes me towards the picnic blanket.

"You win," he says sincerely as I take a seat.

"Yay!" I yell. "Just kidding, we both win!" I laugh. His hand covers mine as I lean towards the sun, getting some rays. Suddenly I open my eyes as I hear something.

"Harry did you hear that?" I asked him.

"Yeah I did," he says looking around. Then we hear it again. It was the unmistakable sound of camera clicks. Harry stands up, his fists balled by his side. "Over there," he says pointing across the pond.

There were about three people attempting to hide in the bushes but their huge cameras were giving them away.
