I Finally Found You (Completed)

Today, my name is Olivia Moore. But, it used to be Erin Parker. I had grown up with a normal life in Holmes Chapel, England. I had two of the best parents a child could have. Though I didn’t have any siblings, I had a best friend, Harry.

But, that all changed two years ago. Why? Because I died...or at least that’s what everyone thought. They all thought that I was in a car explosion when I was 16, when someone had planted a car bomb. My friends, family, and anyone I had ever known lost me.

But in reality, none of that happened. Yes, I lost the people around me, but that was because I went into hiding. Three days before I “died,” I saw something that I shouldn't have, so my life was in danger. I didn't really have very much time to say goodbye to everyone I loved. The fact that they didn't know what really happened kills me, they all think I’m dead, that I’m never going to come back. Until now.

52. Chapter 51

I had called Jonathan, telling him that it was an emergency and that I needed to talk to him right away. He agreed and said he would leave at that moment. I ended the conversation with him and put my phone back into my pocket.

My gaze turned to Harry and we exchanged sad smiles, "What'd he say?" he asked.

"He's coming over now. I'm just worried on how he will react..." I said, trailing off into my own thoughts. I definitely didn't want Jonathan to be mad at Harry, he didn't do anything wrong. It was all an accident. If anything, this was my fault, so Harry shouldn't be the one to take the blame.

"It'll be okay, don't worry," he said as he stoked up and down my arm.

We waited up until Jonathan was going to show up. We still sat into the couch, but we were cuddled up now. It seemed like forever as we anticipated what might happen when he walked through the doors. He didn't know about the paps or Harry or any of the things I had actually been doing without his knowledge.

We heard a knock, "Should I go somewhere so you can explain before he jumps to conclusions?" Harry asked after we both stood up.

"Yeah, that's a good idea.”

He left to wait in my room as I walked over to open the door to see Jonathan waiting for me. I could see how much he had really aged since we started this whole ordeal. His hair had gone from black to where the edges were starting to go grey. He had a few more wrinkles, but I was guessing that his aging was due to the stress factor of his job if anything.

"What's wrong?" he asked whilst I let him in.

"You're going to hate me," I stated.

He scrunched up his eyebrows and frowned, "What happened?"

My emotions started going high, causing my eyes to water, "Last month, I met up with one of my past friends. We ran into each other and he knew it was me."

"Oh, why have you been keeping this from me Olivia?"

"I was afraid about moving and I didn't want to leave," I said, biting my lip.

He pulled up a chair by the dining table and sat down, "Why are you telling me this all of a sudden? Why now?"

"Because...because my friend is Harry Styles."

His eyes widened and his mouth went slack, "Olivia...you should've told me right away. What if the paparazzi were to see you?"

"They already did," I whispered.

"What was that?"

"They already found us, Jonathan. Today," I said. He stood up and started pacing slowly, not saying anything, "I'm so sorry."

He stopped and turned to me, "I honestly don't blame you Olivia. At least everyone always does something like this," he sighed, "It's just unfortunate that it happened to be Harry Styles."

"I know, I know, I know. This is...I just feel so bad. We finally had built up living here and it only put me more in danger," I said. I was starting to cry, so I wiped my eyes with my hand.

Jonathan came over and gave me a fatherly hug, "It's alright, but we have to get going right away," he paused, "Is Harry here?"

I nodded, "Do you want to talk to him?" I asked.

"Yes, please."

"You aren't going to yell at him, are you?"

He shook his head, "No, but we need to talk."

I left Jonathan to go get Harry from my room. He sat on my bed, fiddling with a random chain that was around his neck, "Harry?"

"How’d it go?" he asked when he looked up.

"Jonathan wants to talk to you."

He stood up and shook out his curls, "Alright." He came over and latched onto my hand so we could walk out together.

I walked out to an awaiting Jonathan. He didn't mad, but he wasn't smiling either, "I'm Jonathan," he said when he shook my hand.

"Harry," I stated. I'm not going to lie, but I was a little afraid of him. He had Erin's fate in his hands, essentially.

"Right, why don't we sit down?" We found ourselves over by the couches again, sitting down, "So, how did you find Olivia?"

I looked to Erin and remembered how it happened, the images of the moment, running through my mind. She had been panicking, trying to get away with her shocked face, as I was trying to figure out how the hell she was even alive, "We ran into each other last month, before I was on The Today Show. She ran away from me, but we eventually found our ways back with each other," I responded, careful to keep the part about her giving me a note out. I was afraid it would get her in trouble, "I didn't want this to happen. If I knew her situation, I would've stayed away, I swear. But you've got to understand, when I saw her, I was so shocked. I was determined to get her back because I thought she was dead."

He nodded his head at me, "I completely understand Harry, I would've done the same myself. I'm just intrigued on how you even saw each other in this huge city."

"Me and you the same," I said, letting out a small chuckle.

"Jonathan, what did you want to talk to Harry about?" Erin asked.

"Oh yeah," he said, giving me sorry eyes, "Olivia and I have to leave tonight."

"I understand," I said.

"Now, I would usually ask you to take extra precautions, but because I hear you have a very large security team of your own, I'm sure you will be fine," he continued, "But you have to promise to not try to contact Olivia. You can't talk about her either. If you are asked about her in interviews, try not to talk about her."

I knew how many safety measures I would have to take, but he was making everything into a reality. I kept on nodding my head, agreeing with him, as I would look to Erin, already missing her, even though she was right in front of me.

"I'm going to have to leave and make some phone calls. I'll be back in an hour to pick you up," he said to Erin.

"An hour? That's it?" she asked in shock.

"Yes, that's it. I'll come by the back entrance. I'm sure you remember what you can and cannot bring with you," he said. He turned to address me, "Nice meeting you Harry, I'm sure we'll be able to trust you."

"You will," I responded. We shook hands and he left Erin and me alone.

An hour? That's all of the time we would have to say our goodbyes? I wasn't sure how long we were going to be separated. Was it going to be months? Even years?

I saw Erin, she was standing up, messing with her hair. Her eyes were turning red and I could hear her give a sniffle or two. I was sure that my eyes looked just like hers right now. I knew that this time, our goodbyes were going to be ten times worse than last time.

I took two long strides to get over to her, and we crashed our lips together.
