I Finally Found You (Completed)

Today, my name is Olivia Moore. But, it used to be Erin Parker. I had grown up with a normal life in Holmes Chapel, England. I had two of the best parents a child could have. Though I didn’t have any siblings, I had a best friend, Harry.

But, that all changed two years ago. Why? Because I died...or at least that’s what everyone thought. They all thought that I was in a car explosion when I was 16, when someone had planted a car bomb. My friends, family, and anyone I had ever known lost me.

But in reality, none of that happened. Yes, I lost the people around me, but that was because I went into hiding. Three days before I “died,” I saw something that I shouldn't have, so my life was in danger. I didn't really have very much time to say goodbye to everyone I loved. The fact that they didn't know what really happened kills me, they all think I’m dead, that I’m never going to come back. Until now.

28. Chapter 27

"Before we are done, I want to ask one more question that everyone is asking. Who has a girlfriend?" The interviewer asked us.

Liam and Louis raised their hands in response, when in reality, Niall was the only one that was single. I was with Erin, and Zayn was practically with Perrie, a girl that he had been handing out with for the past couple of months.

"But, what about that girl you were with on Sunday night? Who's she?"

"She's just a friend," I told her, "We just get on really well."

She didn't look convinced whatsoever. But, I don't think she wanted to push it any farther. She knew that I wouldn’t be giving any more information on the subject, "Alright, nice meeting you boys."

"Thank you," we chimed together, practically in unison.

"Alright, that's it for the day boys," Paul said, coming over to us.

"Good, I'm knackered," Niall yawned, stretching out on the couch we were sitting on.

"Same." Then Liam lowered his voice to a whisper, "Are you going to Erin's tonight?"

"Yeah, she said that Mia had a late class, then she's going to her boyfriend's, so the flat will be free." I had been going over to Erin's every chance I got and every time Mia was out for the past week. Things have also been going really well. Jonathan hadn't suspected a thing, neither had her friends. Plus, being together felt right. It felt perfect. It took a little bit of convincing, but she finally gave in to the idea of it.

Everything was going great with me and Harry. We were just lucky that Mia was going out with Trevor every chance she got. Tonight, they were going to a movie and she had a late class, so that meant Harry was coming over.

"This whole 'Harry's new girlfriend' thing is bothering me,"  Mia said while looking up from her laptop screen.

"What?" I asked. Whenever she brought up this subject, I became jumpy about it. Hopefully, she hadn’t noticed.

"Well, something to do with it trends on twitter practically every day. And he says that he doesn't have a girlfriend, but they seemed pretty close in the pictures."

I walked over to look at the screen, and sure enough, 'Harry's GF' was trending on twitter, "Why does it matter so much to you Mia? You have a boyfriend."

"I don't even know, actually." She pulled her hair to one shoulder and went back to scrolling through her twitter feed. I had a twitter before I died, but of course I couldn't have one now. I wonder if mine still existed? "Oh my god," Mia gasped, pausing on something.

"What is it?"

"There's an article..." She went to a link that sent her to a gossip blog's website. "Harry Styles, 18, claims that the night out with a mystery girl was just something that he was only doing with a friend. He says that they're just good friends, but are they really? All week, he had been seen in the same area almost every day. Has the One Direction member been going to see her? We'll let you decide." She scrolled down to see a picture of Harry, walking down the same street that my flat was on. Mia seemed to notice that too, "Oh. My. God. He's been on the same street as us! How have we not noticed?"

"I uhh...who knows?" I was panicking on the inside. Oh god, what if the paps started to take pictures of me while walking out of the flat? What if they found out? I changed the subject, "Shouldn't you get going? You don't have much time to get to class."

"Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm going."

I took the train this time; it seemed like the best option, based on my location. Plus, I hadn't been on one in awhile. If I had to sign a couple of autographs and take some pictures, that was fine with me. The fans were great, even though they could get crazy at times.

After I had stopped on the way for some Chinese take out, I took the lift up to Erin's floor and knocked. She opened the door, but she looked a little worked up, "What's wrong Ehr Bear?" I asked.

She pulled me inside and closed the door, "Paps have photographs of you being on the same street as my flat almost every day this week." She didn't seem mad or anything, she was just scared, if anything. Stress of the whole hiding thing was starting to really take a toll on her.

I pulled her into a hug, holding her tight, "It's going to be okay, Erin. We'll figure something out."

"I know, this is just..."

"I know, I know." I took her face into my hands, and brought her up for a kiss.

I held up the sack I had been carrying, "At least I brought take out."

"Yes, because take out solves all problems," she joked.

"I know, right?” I led her over to the couches so we could eat. I handed her a fork, but she waved it away and went for the chop sticks, "I thought you couldn't use those?"

"Harry, after living in a city that loves Chinese food, you eventually learn how to use them. Hell, you're practically forced to." She took a bite of the pork, "I hate to tell you this, but I actually have to study for a test tonight."

"No that's fine. I can help you with it." She looked at me quizzically, not understanding, "How about, I'll ask you questions, and for every one that you get right, you get a kiss."

"Agreed." She held out her hand so I could shake on the deal.

As we ate, I would ask her things that would be on her test. And, luckily for me, she would answer correctly most of the time. Even though our mouths tasted of noodles and pork, I honestly didn't care.

"Did you know that tweets about me and you have been trending all week?" she asked out of the blue.

I nodded, "Yes, wait, I thought you didn't have a twitter?"

"I don't. Mia was showing me earlier. She's a huge fan of One Direction, if I haven't told you already. She actually showed me that article with you walking near my flat."

I changed the subject by asking her another question from the study guide that she had given to me to look at. She answered it, getting it wrong. "Sorry, that is incorrect Miss Parker/Moore. I cannot grant you with a kiss this time."

She giggled at my joking tone, "Wow, trying to be a sexy teacher or something?"

"Should I be?"

"Are you smart enough?"

"I don't know, I never got to go to university, you know. So I honestly have no idea what I have been asking you for the past fifteen minutes." I asked her another question, "Correct." I leaned in so that our lips met, moving with each other. This one was actually longer than the others, until-

"Freaking subway pass! Olivia, have you- oh my god!”
