Jenna is a teenage girl that lives in
South Louisiana. Nothing out of the ordinary ever happens here. She always had a dream of being really successful since she believed she wasn't good at anything. She compares herself to closest friends- Sabrina and Payton. When an idea strikes her, everything will change. Good and bad. For better and worse..

3. Perfect

"Oh, hey mum..." Harry's alerted voice cracked.

"Oh, hello! I didn't know we had a visitor! I'm Anne," the woman said.

She gave me a warm and welcoming hug. She seemed liked a really nice lady. Strangely, she was sort of familiar, just like Harry's voice was. I didn't pay much mind to it, though. I was just disappointed about her intruding. Really, I should have expected it! Like in all those books you read where a girl is about to receive a romantic kiss that she's been waiting for, and then someone walks in. Classic.

Both Harry and I were obviously angry. But, I didn't want to make a bad impression for his mom. So I just fake smiled and laughed it off. It didn't take long for Harry to kick his mom out of his room. I was SO relieved.

Harry slammed the door behind his mom to let out his frustration. When he looked back at me, he let out a long, deep sigh.

"Jenna, how about we go to the movies tonight?"

       "That sounds perfect!"

An instant smile shot across my face.

"But, do you mind if a couple of my friends tag along?"

The fact that there were going to be other people than just Harry and I at the movies kind of brought me down. But, then I thought, "Hey! I just got asked to the movies with a hot guy.. so.. I'm gonna go for it!"

      "No! That's okay!

"Yay! You can bring some of your pals as well. Here, take my phone number and we can set a time for tonight! Be sure to text or call me, love!"

He handed me his precious phone number. I couldn't wait for tonight. He gave me a big bear hug and told him it was time for me to go. (Even though I wanted to stay so badly.. I was going to see him later on anyway.)

On my way home, I couldn't help but think about how lovable his hug felt. The way he rubs your back in mid-hug made it feel so compassionate. After a day-dreamed about him the whole ride home, it had struck me that I needed to find someone to bring with me to the movie theater tonight!
