28. Chapter 28

Autumn's POV

"Babe I'll pick you up at 8, okay? Our last week must be perfect together." Harry exclaimed as I put my books in my locker. I chuckled, as I looked up at his beautiful face.

"That works for me Harry, since cheer ends at 6. But I am also bummed out you know." I looked down at my newly retrieved books, and I was full of worry. I continued, "I will miss you so much, how will it work? How will us work?" I was on the verge of tears, as Harry walked me to my class. Harry grabbed my hands quickly and ran down the hall with me being dragged along. He said nothing, making me become curious, as sad as I was.

"Harry where are you taking me?" And with that, he stopped right at the janitors closet. Oh Harry, of course! I should've known. He smirked, opening the door. He led me inside and i sat on the old stool in the back and put my books on the ground. Harry walked over to my spot on the stool, and hovered over me, taking both of my hands. He smiled down at me, and whispered, "To answer your question from earlier, I would say that distance doesn't matter when someone means so much." I looked up, giving him a passionate smile back, but the tears in my vision did not disapear.

"Harry. That's what everybody says, how will it work? What if you find someone better, and you-"

'Does it look like I'd do that to you?" He interrupted as he massaged my arms. He ran his fingers on one of my worst cuts on my left wrist. I jumped. His eyes widened, as I took both arms away from his grasp, and in my legs. I looked down at my knees as I felt Harry stare down at me. He knew exactly what it was. He knew also that I knew he'd find out too.

Without hesitating, he grabbed my left arm first and lifted my sleeve, only to reveal the scars. Tears poured down my face, as he shook his head in disbelief. He let go of my hand, and searched my other arm. He dropped my arms, and looked at me in disbelief. I looked down, as I silently cried.

"I, I'm sorry Harry." I whispered. He didn't move.

"Why. Tell me why right now." Harry said, clenching his teeth. "Why did you do this."

I gulped, and he wiped the tears away. I looked into his eyes and all I saw was hurt and pain. That really didn't help, it only caused more tears to flow rapidly down my face. This time I wasn't silent, I was crying loudly, as if I was screaming out for the help that never seemed to exist, until I had Harry. I sobbed loudly into Harry's arms and exclaimed, "I'm so sorry Harry!" He seemed to not be as tensed up as before, but he still wasn't satisfied.

"P-Please Harry. Talk." I pleaded, letting go of his embrace. He looked me in the eyes and whispered, "When Autumn. I don't wanna hear sorry, tell me when, tell me why, tell me now."

I closed my eyes, taking a deep breath. The bell for 8th period rang, but we both stayed in our spots. I began sniffling, "I thought you hated me. Before competition. I thought you were leaving, and Harry I really like you." A tears left my eye and I continued, "No Harry, I love you. I didn't want you to leave. I'm sorry please forgive me."

He soothed, clearing the tear from my face, "Love, you know I wouldn't leave you, but you seriously need to trust me. After all, I am your boyfriend. Don't do it again, please." I looked him in the eyes and swore, "As long as I have you, I promise I will stop."

He shortly replied, smiling, "Well I don't plan on losing you, so I don't think you'll be hurting yourself anymore." I thought about that. Life with Harry. Maybe if we're together forever, he should come with me! It would be perfect! And, and well the rest of the lads could come. Louis could make me laugh all the time, Liam could keep us all somewhat sane, Zayn could always be there for little Rissa(Marissa, she's younger then I), and Niall. Well, Nialler could always be there for me, whenever I fought with Harry. And Harry and me. Us, together forever. Just thinking about this life, it brought the biggest smiled to anyone's face.

"Autumn? You alright?" Harry questioned, concerned on why in the world I was smiling for no apparent reason.

"Oh, sorry Harry! I guess I'm just a retard! Whoops!" I hopped up off the stool, and grabbed Harry for a huge hug. Then out of nowhere I just blurted out, "You need to come with me!" Harry chuckled at my insane remark for him to leave with me. "What?" I asked smiling, it would be perfect! It could be Marissa, Zayn, Lou, Niall. Liam, oh and us. It would be perfect." He laughed at me and exclaimed, "And we could all join cheerleading too, and we National competitors!" Ohh sarcasm.

"Seriously Harry!! It would work!" I became slightly embarrassed, and blushed, looking down. "Ohhhh Autumn, you know I'm only kidding, but I would love to go with you. Especially if you're going to move to a performing arts school district. The lads and I are sort of a, we're a band I guess you could say!" My eyes widened.

"YAYY! You're gonna go with me!!!"

"Well not so fast." I frowned, looking up at him to continue.

He went on, "I said I want to, but I still need permission and such." I pouted, looking down. He HAS TO come with me.

"But don't worry love, I'll find a way for that to happen." I looked up slowly, to see only his reassuring smile. "You know that I would do anything to make you happy, so I'll find a way." I jumped up and down and did my 'happy dance' Harry chuckled, as I finished by posing, being my silly old self. "Thank you thank you thank you!" I exclaimed, jumping into Harry's arms. He laughed with me, and I looked into his green orbs. I drowned in his eyes, as I slowly leaned forward. Our lips met and we shared a happy/passionate kiss in the janitor closet. And well, for the rest of the school day(which was only 30-45 minutes), we hung out in there, laughing and playing random games, sharing kisses, and having the time of our life. This was definetley the perfect way to spend my second- to- last Friday at this school.
