1. To Mackenzie's

Spencer's POV:

Oh. My. God.

I can't believe this is happening.

To me of all people.

I have to call Mackenzie NOW. I grab my phone and quickly dial my best friends number on the keypad. It rang for what seemed like an eternity, but finally she picked up."Hey Spenc, what's u-" "OMIGODOMIGODOMIGOD MACKENZIE I NEED TO COME OVER RIGHT NOW!!" I screamed into the phone. "Okay, geez!! What do you need?!?!?" She replied, surprised. "Can't time...leaving now...tell you when I get there." I said, breathing heavily. I was sprinting all over my apartment looking for my jacket. "Alright see you in a bit, byyyeeee!" Mackenzie said. "BYE!" I said back, and hung up.

I ran out the door and down the stairs to the lobby and across the tiny lawn to the street and unlocked my bike. I didn't feel like hailing a cab because there was a lot of traffic tonight. Plus, Mackenzie's apartment is only a few blocks away. I flung my legs over my bike and started pedaling as fast as I could. I couldn't wait to see that girls face when I showed her what was in my pocket.

Mackenzie's POV:

Spencer is so crazy.

I can't even imagine what she got so worked up about this time.

Last week she made me come over just because she got her sink unclogged. I wonder what she got unclogged today.

A couple minutes later I heard a loud bang and a crash down on the street in front of me and my boyfriend's apartment. My boyfriend, Ezra, is my life, and we are ready to get married. I'm only 18 though, and my mom is SO not into the idea. He's gorgeous. Tall, muscular, and he has scraggly dark hair that I love playing with. Right now he's at class, but I'm home alone studying.

But anyway, about the crash, I got kind of scared, cuz it's almost 8, and it's really dark here in Manhattan, so who knows what kind of creeper could be out there at night, and without Ezra here to protect me, I don't know what I'd do. So I grabbed the nearest thing to me, which of course, was a pillow. Great, what was I supposed to do with this. Well I took it in my hands and crept to the window, crouched down. I peek up out the window, and I see the funniest thing I've seen all day. It was Spencer, and she had ran her bike into the trash bins down on the street, and ALL the trash bag had fallen on her and she couldn't even get up.

But she finally ran up to my room and started banging on the door super loud, so i opened it right away. As soon as it was just a crack, she bolted through and into the living room, and then started doing laps through all the rooms yelling and waving her arms in the air. Oh my god, what am I going to do with her.

Spencer's POV:

I was so freaking excited I couldn't even contain it. So I was running all over Mackenzie's apartment. She was just standing there, and then she put her arm out in front of me and I ran into it and fell flat on my back. We both started laughing, and I sat up. "So what do you want to tell me?" She said, still giggling. "" I was just blubbering, I didn't know what to say. Mackenzie started laughing again. So I just decided to give it to her. The piece of paper in my pocket. I just sat there, and slowly pulled it out of my back jean's pocket, and handed it over really slowly. My hands were shaking like crazy.

Mackenzie unfolded it and I saw her eyes slowly widen as they skimmed across the page.

She looked down at me and then dropped the paper on the floor, mouth wide open.
