7. 5? (part 2)

***Niall's POV***

            "Don't need what?" she asked.

"All the makeup," i said, "You look beautiful with out it."

"I know, but it's more of a self-confidence thing." she said.

"...and you should be confident withOUT the makeup." I added.

She hesitated for a moment and then said, "I'll make you a deal, Leprechaun," she started,"I if you buy me one of those giant teddy bears, I'll wear less makeup for a week."

"Two." I demanded. I didn't really care about the bear and I thought it was cute that she wanted one but I just didn't want her to wear makeup.

"Fine," she said, "Niall, you are extremely sweet, you know that?"

"I know." I grinned in a overly confident way. She rolled her eyes and continued eating her salad. She looked up at me every once and a while and smiled. I could tell that she didn't mind all the paps taking pictures from behind the windows either. As we both finished and she complained about paying but I won the argument.

As we got back in the car I offered to drive to a toy store and she did not complain about it. as soon as she sat down her phone went off like crazy. I figured it was twitter. I was about to say something but she seems like the kind of person who handles hate well. I hadn't even known her for a day and i already felt like we were best friends. But deep down inside I did not want us to just be friends.

I leaned over and turned on the radio and if on key LWWY came on. I hummed along quietly, but Rylee started singing.

"...yeah we'll be doing what we do, just pretending that we're cool, and we know it too, so tonight-"

I turned off the radio. Her voice was angelic. Her voice could save someone from tears. "Why didn't you tell me you could sing that well?" I asked/yelled.

"Because I stink at singing..." she grounded. She reached back to the radio, but I stopped her.

"Listen to me. Never, ever, ever say that again. You have one of the best voices I have ever heard. Anybody who tells you different has something wrong with their brain. Rylee Elizabeth Cowell, do not ever say or think that you aren't truly spectacular." I said. I didn't direct the last part to her singing though. I've known her for 7 hours and I'm already in love with her.

Suddenly, a small tear streamed down her face. I trailed the tear up to her eye with my finger.

"That was the sweetest, nicest, most thoughtful thing anyone has ever said to me," she said, "You really are my best friend."

She wrapped her arms around my neck and if we hadn't already gotten to the toy store, I would've probably crashed the car. I slowly wrapped my arms around her tiny waist and held her tightly as she lightly sobbed into my shoulder. But here tears weren't of sadness, the were of extreme happiness. I had mad this girl I barely knew so happy that she was crying in my arms. I was at the top of the world and nothing could drag me down. She slowly released me and wiped the excess make off that had dribbled down her cheeks.

"Let's go get that bear, yeah?" I said.

"Yeah," she replied smiling with her eyes still slightly puffy.

We walked back to the car with her enormous teddy bear.   imgres

"Thanks." she said snuggling into her bear as we got into the car. God, I was so darned jealous of that stupid teddy bear right now.

"No problem," I said, "Let's go home."
