         ***Rylee's POV***

"No! These!" Lillie screamed. Lillie was currently trying to find the perfect pair of shoes for my last day of school.

"Lil, your still in your pajamas! Go get dressed I can pick out my own shoes." I said a little too sarcastically.

"Ugh...fine. But don't you dare try to wear those horrible blue flats again!" she yelled as she walked down the hall to her own room.

I ended up just picking a pair of simple Toms for comfort. set. I had my hair down and curly and had light makeup on. set

I ran down stairs to the kitchen to see our made Maurena placing a glass of orange juice on the table.

               "Thanks, Maurena." I said

" Your are very welcome, Miss Rylee." she replied, "Your uncle will be home when you get off school."

I gulped down the juice and nodded.  Uncle Simon has been gone for two weeks working with his recording company, Syco. We really didn't see him much and our big house is pretty much empty beside from the maintenance workers. A few minutes later Lillie came rushing down the stairs. in one swift movement she grabbed my arm and her bag of the counter and headed towards the garage.

"We're gonna be late!" she explained.

Lillie led me out to the 4 door garage that held my car imgres (a 16th birthday present) and a couple others.

I popped in they car keys and turned on the radio as the garage doors opened. "Starbucks?" I suggested

Paparazzi were littered all over the driveway and gate. They really seemed to never sleep. They were always watching. It's sort of creepy but we've gotten used to it. I beeped my horn a couple times and watched the large steel gate open. All of the paps move to the sides to keep from getting hit but continued to take pictures.

When we finally got free of the paps I started of towards Starbucks as we did every day.

"Oh Lil, Uncle is going to be home when we get back from school. I think he's got something planned."

"He's probably organizing a vacation trip for us for the summer like last year." she said. Last year Uncle was away for the whole summer and we got shipped off to Fiji. It was fun but we both rather having him around.

"I just wish we could spend the summer with him before he started with all the telly shows." I said. We sat in silence for a while thinking about all the cool places we went with him and our parents when we were little. We pulled into the Starbucks that was close to our school. Of course, there were a couple paps still looking for us. They follow us everywhere.

We walked in to the store that was pretty much vacant since it was 6:30 in the morning.  I traveled over to the cashier with Lillie behind to see the familiar face of Fran who always took our orders before school for almost two years.

"What can I get you, darling?" she said in her scottish accent.

"Regular, Fran!" Lillie piped up. Fran turned around turned around and started to make our drinks.

"Rylee! Lillie! Look over here!" the paps yelled. We both looked over our shoulders and slightly waved.

"Lillie! Is it true that your an alcoholic?" one yelled. "Rylee! How are you dealing with Lillie's alcoholism?" another shouted in my ear. Where do they get this stuff? Although, it isn't the strangest we'd heard. Once I was told that I had a twin brother who lives in dublin. Another time Lillie was told she was a lesbian. Sometimes we both find it interesting in what they can conjure up in their little shady minds.

"HEY," Fran shouted from behind the counter, " leave the girls alone and let them get to school." She handed us our drinks imgres.

We squeezed through the unfriendly swarm of paps that had grown within the last five minutes. Its like one pap found us and then they ALL find us.

Somehow we managed to get to our car with out being smothered with more pictures. By this time it was around 6:45 and classes were going to start in ten minutes so we had to hurry. Even though there was little traffic we just managed to arrive in time and and were surround by paparazzi and students again. By the time I reached my locker, my anatomy class had already started.

As usual a flurry of love notes fell out of my locker. there were at least eight notes on pink, red and notebook paper with names and phone numbers of guys I didn't even know. Except for one that was there everyday in the same spot. This one was from Garret. Garret Lomasser was the captain of the football team (soccer for americans) and tried to get me to go on a date with him hundreds of times. The boy won't quit. He just wants the most popular girl in school.

~Time skip~

I exhaustedly walked to my car where Lillie was waiting.  She seemed really antsy for some reason. I could see the giant grin on her face as rolled down the window. Only one thing could make her have that look in her eye.

"Unclejusttextedmeandsaidthathewashomeandsaidthathehadasurpriseforus." she said in one squished together, no-spaced word.

"That it?" I said giggling. No doubt that my sister was crazy.

I sat in my seat and started up the ignition and turned the radio up really loud. That Live While Were-something song came on. I think its one of Uncle's artists. The song was always on our local stations and I knew every word. It was really good. I especially liked one part that I could tell was different from the others because the person had a distinctly different tone. It was towards the middle of the song and it was right before the chorus. As soon as I started to sing along with it Lillie turned off the radio.

        "Hey!" I exclaimed.

"When are you going to tell Uncle Simon that you are absolutely bloody amazing at singing?" she asked putting severe emphasis on 'amazing'.

"I am not," I said too loudly. She started to open her mouth but i cut her off, "and you ramble a lot you know."

"You are too..." she whispered only just loud enough to hear. She looked down at her palms and started mumbling things to herself. I shook it of and turned the radio back on.

***Lillies POV***

Why can't she ever take a compliment? I mean she is fantastic at singing but is too shy to do around other people, especially our uncle. I stuck my arm in the wind letting my bracelets flow in the wind. We sat in a somewhat awkward silence the rest of the way home.

As soon is we pulled up the drive I instantly saw Uncle's car.

"He's here!" I squealed. Rylee rolled her eyes and followed me as I ran into the house imgres.

Uncle Simon was standing in the living area and I immediately attacked him with a giant hug.

"Missed you too, Lil." he said suffocating from my hug." Where's your sister?"

" She's coming-" as if on key Rylee emerged into the room.

"Hi, Uncle." she said with a big grin across her cheeks as she gave him a quick hug.

"Hey, love," he said, "I've got a surprise for you two, so go and change at meet me for dinner, okay?"

We both nodded and smiled and ran to our rooms. as soon as I reached the top of the stairs somebody grabbed my arm. I quickly urned around to see Rylee.

"Listen, I'm really sorry that I snapped at you early I was just kind of in a grumpy mood." she said. I could tell she was lying and she knew but that's what we always said. 'a mood'.

"Hug?" I asked as i held my arms out.

Rylee immediately gave in and squeezed me tight. "AIR...." I gasped. she quickly let go.

           "Forgiven?" she asked.

           "Well, obviously." I smirked.

Well, that was quite a quick apology. Not considering that I had only been mad at her for like two minutes. Rylee picked up her yorkie, Teddy and walked to her room down the hall. I love my sister.
