We burst through the apartment door with a loud thud. Liam laughs and leans to the left a little bit, almost dropping me.

“Whoop!” he laughs some more, catching me. I giggle too and tighten my arms around his neck. I snuggle closer to him, wanting more warmth. We had just gotten home from a club in downtown LA with Louis, Eleanor, Harry, Zayn, and Niall. We had all gotten a little tipsy tonight and took cabs home. Liam, in his drunken state, decided to scoop his arm under my legs and pick me up bridal style. With one hand on my back and one on my butt, he shakily carried me to the door. I was pretty impressed at how strong he was even when he was under the influence. I could feel his muscles bulk as he carried me up the stairs, laughing all the way.

He pushes open our bedroom door, throws me on the bed, and pulls off his shirt. He really did have a nice body. He jumps on the water bed making it rock and hovers over me.

“Hello,” he whispers smirking.

“Hello there,” I whisper back.

“Can I tell you something?” he asks, inching closer.

“Anything,” I say and peck his lips.

He smiles, “I love you.”

I feel butterflies in my stomach, “I love you too, Liam.”

We stare into each other’s eyes before he leans in and kisses me.

I wake up to the bright rays of morning sunlight. I turn over and am face to face with Liam. He breathes out and I can still smell the alcohol on his breath. He was so cute when he was sleeping.

As if he knew I was watching, his eyes blink open.

“Good morning,” he says through his yawn.

“Good morning to you too.”

“How did you sleep?”

“Perfectly, because of you,” I say smiling.

“How cheesy of you to say,” He kisses my nose. He pulls the cover off of himself and then appears to change his mind and buries back under them.

“Don’t want to get out of bed?” I ask.

“It’s too cold,” his voice is muffled by the sheets, “I’d rather just stay here all day with you.”

“How cheesy of you to say,” I laugh.

“Not cheesy. True,” He grabs by the waist and pulls me closer to him.

“Did you mean what you said last night? That you love me? Or was that your drink talking?” I ask.

“Every word,” he answers and I feel him kiss the back of my neck. I could stay like this with him forever.
