Carry On Little Demigod

The only thing worse than being alone is being surrounded by people who ignore you. That's why when sixteen year old Gabrielle Mason hears a voice say "Camp Half-Blood" she decides to go looking for it. Along the way she discovers she's more than just a regular run-of-the-mill Slayer. She finds out she's a demigod and that someone has decided that the First Evil needed to rise again. It's now up to her to bridge the gap between demigods and Slayers. Will she succeed or will their only chance at survival fail? (For writer's sake I'll ignore the Heros Of Olympus series)

3. Introducing the Unidentified Maiden Slayer (Gabrielle)

I'm happy that Louis didn't know what a Slayer was for the life of him, makes my life so much easier. Anyway Thalia, Louis, and I went to the centre of camp where there was a fire burning...and a centaur, I guess things can still surprise me but good to know.

"Hello Thalia," the centaur greeted, "Back already with a companion I see."

Thalia nodded and muttered something to the centaur and he turned to me.

"I'm Chiron."

"I'm Gabrielle the Vampire Slayer," I replied feeling like adding 'the Vampire Slayer' for the sake of it.

"You're a Slayer as well? Interesting, I never thought I'd see the day. Well until you are claimed you will stay in Cabin 11, although you might be claimed at the bondfire tonight."

Bondfire, huh, Faith would love that, I thought.

Chiron led me to Cabin Eleven and introduced me to Travis and Connor Stoll, the co-head councilers of Cabin Eleven. Not much happened after that, Travis and Connor showed me around the camp but that's about it. But other than that it was a pretty nice camp. Soon enough, or maybe it was just my brain falling sleep as it tends to do sometimes, it was time for the bondfire. As they were singing songs (that were odd even by my standards) I played with the hem of my shirt when suddenly everyone was gaping at me. Cabin Seven's members cheered loudly, very loudly. I looked at my hand and saw it was bathed in a golden sun-like light. A guy I had met earlier, Lee Fletcher, walked up to me and grinned.

"Welcome to Cabin Seven, sis," he said wraping an arm around my shoulder and steering towards our area.

I was actually fairly happy to find out that Louis was in Cabin Seven too. One of the girls smiled and introduced herself.

"I'm Kayla, it's great to have you here!"

Lee grinned and added, "Yeah what took you so long?"

Louis and I shared a secret look then we looked back at our siblings.

"She's a Slayer too," Louis said with a grin.

The group went strangely silent and I gave Louis, what Dawn called my "mom" look, and crossed my arms. Kayla leaned forward and asked,

"Are you really? That's really rare, ther was only like... one other person who was a Slayer and a demigod."

Zack, anothe ron eof my half-brothers, blinked.

"The Unidentified Maiden Slayer," I muttered.

"Who," most of the cabin asked.

"A long time ago there was an unidentified Slayer who lived n Europe during the Dark Ages. She was trained in armed and unarmed combat. She was dressed in all white and knew how to read and fight."

"How did you know that?"

"I read the Watcher's Diaries a couple times because I was bored...and it's pretty common knowledge among us Slayers."

I started messing with the hem of my shirt idlly as the others looked at me.
