Zayn's POV

It has been 3 days since I left Kelly at home and went on tour. I'm missing her terribly.

N: Zayn? Zayn? Zayn? Are you alright?

Z: Y-yeah. I'm just missing Kelly

N: Of course you are, mate. You love her loads. You'll be together again in no time.

Z: What if she finds someone else?

N: Zayn, she won't. She loves YOU. No one else.

Z: Thanks for cheering me up. I'm alright now.

N: No problem.

I had to lie to Niall. I feel bad about it but I was missing her loads. My heart was pounding, the room was spinning and everything went black........

Kelly's POV

I just got a call off Niall.

*on phone*

N: Kelly?

K: Yeah?

N: We're in Manchester. You have to come now! Come to Salford Royal Hospital!

K: Why? Whats happened?

N: Somethings wrong with Zayn

K: I'll be right there.

OH MY GOSH! Whats wrong with Zayn?! My heart is thumping as I rush to my car and set off to Manchester. I got there at 3:30 about half an hour after the telephone call.

Niall's POV

There's Kelly! I ran up to her really fast.

K: Niall! There you are wheres Zayn?

N: He's over there. Unconcious.

K: What happened?

Before I could answer she ran over to Zayn so I followed her. She looked horrified when she saw him....
