Things that are annoying

We feel like there are things in the world that are so annoying you just can't ignore so we just have to write about them and how annoying they are. Every couple days or whenever we will post 5 things(going with the theme) that annoy us and you can comment if you agree or not and comment if you have an idea for the next week(don't judge grammar or spelling).

9. Dec. 23- Diets/ Eating Healthy

Topic- Diets/eating healthy

Okay so I have been trying to eat healthy lately because I start volleyball this week (very exciting!). It is honestly the hardest thing ever for me. I am addicted to chocolate and many other junk foods. It's like I just can't control myself at all. I've decided I will try to start eating healthy after Christmas, but I said that last week I was going to start eating healthy and the week before that. Plus I mean some healthy foods are tasty, but to me most fruits are nasty. I mean I like apples, mini oranges, strawberries, and grapes, but most other fruits are just sick to me. Too much juice and ugh. I like vegetables more, but still they aren't as tasty as unhealthy foods. Here are some things that annoying about diets and eating healthy:

1. I don't know if most of you do this, but I try to plan what to eat and not to eat. The worst part is I always end up eating what I shouldn't eat. It's like I just tell myself to only have one piece of candy cause you know what's the harm in that, but some how it always turns to like 30 pieces. Then when I try to eat healthier stuff I usually eat the food that's healthy, but I instantly start getting bored of it and I just want a hamburger and fries.

2. I live a family that encourages healthy eating all the time, but thy but so much junk food. Then I end up some how telling myself that I shouldn't waste the unhealthy food because you know kids in Africa are starving and YOLO. It's just unfair. I wish I could tell myself to stop, but that makes the problem worse.

3. I am one of those people that's weight basically shows what they eat. Most of my friends are tooth pick skinny and can eat whatever they want. So I feel it's so unfair that someone people don't gain weight at all from what they eat and others do. It is very hard living like this.

4. I'm not well educated on what's healthy, but fruits and veggies. It makes it harder to plan out what to eat!! I pick up things that might seem like a good choice at the time, but just turn to be an awful mistake.

5. When I go out to eat at places like fast food places I get so many unhealthy things. My worst and usually thing to get at fast food places is like a breaded chick sandwich or chicken nuggets. But don't forget the fries and soft drink. I'm grossed out by myself.
