"Oh My God! This is the coolest thing ever!" Addison yelled as we reached the top of the London Eye. We had our own pod and she was running from end to end, trying to take everything in. I just stood there laughing at her.

"Okay. We're at the top. I need a picture!" She screamed, frantically pulling out her phone.

"Calm down and gimme that." I laughed taking her phone out of her hand. I stepped back to take a picture for her, but she grabbed my wrist.

"Are you crazy! You need to be in it!" She said smiling and pulling me close. She wrapped her arm around my neck posing, and I put my arm around her waist. She smiled the biggest smile I had ever seen and so did I. I snapped the picture on her phone quickly.

"Yay!" She exclaimed, giggling. "Alright, one more. Make a funny face this time!" She exclaimed. We both made the weirdest face possible, and I took another picture. We looked at the it and burst into laughter.

"This is my new favourite picture!" She said excitedly.

I laughed even harder. "Mine too, mine too." I said.

"Woo!" She cheered. We sat down and looked at the scenery.

"It really is beautiful." I said, smiling and glancing over at her.

"I know. It's breath taking." She said, leaning forward and snapping another photo. She seemed mesmerized by the view. I smiled at her and thought about how we acted like best friends, and we had only known each other less than a week.

It was really weird but I felt like I had known her for a long time. I already trusted her... A lot.

I thought about when Emma and I were going to get a chance to go out for coffee and talk. I needed to ask her something, and it was important to me.

"Zayn? Are you alright?" Addison asked, derailing my train of thought.

"Hm? Oh, yeah. I'm fine, sorry." I replied, pushing the thoughts to the back of my mind.

"Are you sure?" She asked moving a little closer. I looked into her big, green eyes. They sparkled with curiosity and a love for life and everything in it. She smiled questioningly, raising her eyebrows, and I could tell she was sincere and did care, when she asked.

"Yeah, absolutely." I smiled.

"Good." She said back. "Where do you wanna go next?"

"Well, Big Ben is right there." I said pointing across the water.

"Okay! Perfect!"

"Oh, this is beautiful." I said as the boys and I walked down a pathway. We were strolling through a beautiful park full of trees. There were a few other people walking around, but not many.

The silence and serenity of it all was breathtaking.

We were walking quite slow, because of my 'disability'. I had my crutches, and I knew how to use them quite well because of how many similar injuries I'd had in the past, and I took advantage of it.

"There's benches over there if you want to sit down." Niall said pointing a little ways across the park.

"Oh, alright." I said, starting to feel a little tired, but not wanting to show it. Instead i just smiled as we made our way across the park with Liam, Harry and Louis walking a fair distance behind us, their laughter and chatting, merely a whisper in the wind.

When we were almost at the benches I noticed it was now completely silent behind us. I turned around and saw that the boys were walking in the opposite direction, leaving Niall and I alone.

"Wait, where are they going?" I asked looking at Niall.

"Don't worry about it." He smiled, and wrapped his arm around my shoulder making me blush and we continued walking to the benches. We sat down and he looked at me.

"Can I ask you a question?" He asked, taking my hand in both of his.

"Of course." I say smiling gently.

"Um... I haven't had a good time to ask you yet... I was wondering if you wanted to go on a date with me?" He asked, shifting in his seat nervously.

I giggled at him and gave a wide smile. My stomach was doing flips. It felt like I had been waiting for him to ask me this question since I first laid eyes on him. "Of course Niall!" I finally replied, evoking a huge grin from him as he kissed me on the cheek.

"I would have said tonight but, we already promised to go out with Addi and the boys. So how about tomorrow?"

"Sounds perfect." I smiled. I was so happy that he had finally asked me. It saved me a lot of time, not having the courage to do it my self.

"I'm so happy you said yes. I was actually kind of nervous you weren't going to..." He said looking embarrassed.

"Niall, why would I have said no?" I asked, a giant smile still plastered on my face. I couldn't seem to wipe it away.

"I don't know, I guess I was just paranoid." He replied.

"You were." I kissed him on the cheek and we stood up. "Would you like to finish our walk?"

"Sure."

We continued walking, through the park in silence. But it was the comforting kind of quiet. The kind where you don't need to tell the other person how you're feeling. They just... know.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------*Addison's P.O.V*---------------------------------------------------------------------

Zayn and I walked up to Big Ben and it was standing just as tall as I could have ever imagined, the giant analog clock ticking away. I felt so small in comparison. But when you think about it, that's how small we really are. We just never realize it because we're around people that are the same 'size' as us. Regular people, living normal everyday lives and not taking even a second to reconsider that there might be something better, and bigger out there waiting for them. Not noticing that we're nobody's, no matter how many people say you make a difference in the world it's not true.

We're just a percentage of a fraction of the population that makes up what really matters. And in this generation it was fame and fortune that got you noticed. Money is what got you places. Not the amount of friends you had, or how kind you were to everyone. Even though it does make a tremendous difference, it's just a small part of the big picture, emblazoned into everyone's mind. I shook those thoughts out of my head, deciding to enjoy the moment I was living right now.

Zayn was standing behind me and I thought I could play a prank on him. I hoped it would be pretty funny.

I tilted my head up and up, slowly leaning back. I fell backwards with my arms out, pretending that I had fallen over from looking all the way to the top.

"Oh my god!" Zayn yelled, catching me. He stood me back up and I looked at him and started laughing hysterically.

He smiled and laughed with me. "You're an idiot."

"I know." I smiled. "Now c'mon!" I grabbed his wrist and started running towards the building towering over us.

"Photo opp!" I yelled loud enough that people around us looked over. As I looked around quickly I noticed something I hadn't before.

Papparazzi.

There were a quite a few right now, with their camera's flashing. I just stood there for a second looking at them.

Zayn startled me, grabbing my waist. He pulled me close. "Don't pay attention to them. Please Addi." He whispered in my ear.

"Sorry." I said turning to face him.

"No need to apologize, I just don't want them to bother you." He took my phone. "Let's get that photo."

We made funny faces and snapped the picture then took another one smiling, making sure to get as much of the tower as we could. We walked around the streets of London for a little while just chatting. It was really nice.

Zayn pulled his phone out, checking the time.

"Crap! It's already five twenty! We were supposed to leave almost a half hour ago!"

"Oh... Wanna just leave it and eat here?" I asked, just making a suggestion.

"You know what. That's a great idea. Let's go." He smiled as we headed back to his car. We hoped in and started driving around, looking for a place to eat.

"Do you know any good places around here?" I asked hopefully.

"No, sorry. I don't come around here often."

"Oh, that's fine. Why don't we just go to some random place. See how good it is?" I said

"Okay."

"What? I wasn't actually serious!" I laughed.

"Why not?"

"Yeah, I guess... Sure. Whatever!"

We drove around looking at all the dainty restaurants and cafe's around. We finally settled on the dumpiest place we could find.

"Alright, no matter how bad this place is, we can't leave." I said as we walked through the door and I immediately regret the decision I had made outside.
