6. Chapter 6: the swamp Fox

“Here we are the place you’ll be staying for a while, right?” The kid chimed as he escorted Rummy to a door, which was filled with kids of all ages, and sizes. Then he gently rapped on the door to the right of them and motioned Rummy to walk in with him.

“What do you want?” A teenager said swirling around in his chair to look at the kid and Rummy. His hair was brown and a little greasy. He was skinny and had on a black shirt. After a sort pause he seemed to figure out on his own of what they were here for.

“Ahh, very good, Hook.” He said. He looked at Rummy and smiled. “My name is Swamp Fox, but you can call me Fox.” Fox proudly said.

“Rummy.” She said as she shook hands with Fox.

“Well then, Rummy, shall we start the tour?” Fox asked, as a girl that looked a little younger then Fox stormed into the room she had on a white blouse that said “diva” on it and a jean mini skirt with brown leggings and a brown headband.

“Fox, I know this isn’t the right time to chat but Navy and News want a word with you.” She said.

“Moonshine, can you take this kid on a tour?  She just came in.” Fox chimed. Moonshine’s face turned hollow her white hair seamed darker and her blue eyes narrowed.

“Of course.” She said and walked Rummy out of the room.
