Cheradyn's POV

“Hey, Louis.” I say, seeing his face on my screen, smiling as ever. “I really miss you! I can't wait until we come to Texas!” Louis says. “You come in about a month, right?” “Yeah. Hey, have you heard from Brooke yet? Didn't she leave a few days ago?” “Yeah, but we haven't heard from her. She posted a few pictures on Facebook and Instagram though. She looks like she's having a lot of fun.” I say. “Yeah, just happy to get away!” Sarah says as she walks in my room, nodding to Louis. She sits on the bed next to me. “Hey is that Sarah?” I hear Niall call from behind Louis. Pretty soon, Niall, Harry and Zayn are crowded by Louis' laptop. “So, Brooke's gone right?” Harry says. Me and Sarah nod. “That's cool, you know, Liam was so upset before we came to America about her Christmas presents and he was completely torn up about it. And this tour, he is not the same. And the fans are starting to notice. Has she shown any sign of missing him?” Louis ask, mumbling a bit and picking at his fingernails. The boys nod and agree with him. “Yeah, a lot. She is slowly breaking. But I don't think she'll cave in. She is a fighter so, don't be expecting her back anytime soon.” I say, knowing that they want her back ASAP. Louis sighs and starts talking. “Really? Well, Liam is just-” “I'm just what, Louis?” Liam stands in the doorway and although me and Sarah can't see him, we both know what his facial expression is. “Liam! Mate, I didn't know you were standing there.” Louis has a look of shock and guilt on his face. “You talk about me like it's the biggest thing in the world, but you act like there is no substance behind what I'm saying. You think I just miss her. But no, it's more than that. I was terrified to know that she was leaving. Just the thought of her being out of my protection, and that she wouldn't tell me about a problem kills me. I was dying to know if she landed safely at the airport, but I couldn't! I miss her so freaking much and I can't do this anymore. And you know, she was mobbed at the airport where she landed in London.” Me and Sarah let out a gasp. WHAT?! She didn't tell us this. I send her a text asking her about it immediately. Liam continues. “That's what I came in here to tell you guys. It's on E! news right now. I paused it so I could show you guys because I thought you guys really cared, but I guess not. There is a picture of her where her eyes are huge and she is terrified and she looks like she could cry, because the paps, I say this with no doubt, asked about me. And you know why everyone thinks she's back in London? They think she is dating someone there, like one of her school friends! Now, of course I know better than to believe it, but how do you think this makes me feel? Knowing that she is moving on, and one day she's gonna get married and it breaks my heart. Now, the least you could do would be not to talk about me and her every time we're away, because I know she wouldn't appreciate it either.” Liam walks out and I just stare at Louis. Even on my laptop screen, his eyes grow huge and I can see every little muscle in his face move to make his shocked expression. “Um, ok then.” Sarah says, standing up, obviously feeling awkward. “I'm gonna go guys. Bye!” She walks out and the boys leave so it's back to me and Louis. We sit in silence and I think this is the quietest we have ever been together. “So, I miss you.” He says, cracking a smile. “I miss you, too.” I smile back and for some odd reason, we both break out into a fit of laughter. I guess we just know each other like that.
