7. Arriving to Stone Cobbler

About four hours later, the lady on the intercom (annoying as ever) voice brought me out of my sleep. "Good morning passengers, we will be preparing for landing. Please take your seats and buckle up for a bumpy ride!"

Suddenly Louis jolted awake. He instantly looked at me and smiled. He grabbed my hand and our fingers laced together. Did I mention that Louis asked my to be his girlfriend directly after I had said that I loved him. And, of course, I said yes.

This was how life should be. Every girl should be lucky enough to have a boyfriend that is cute, adorable, caring, funny, and lovable. And she should get to hang out on vacation with him and his four best friends. Including our moms. Even though I missed my dad, and I knew that directly after this trip I would be driving to his house and staying with him til school started. Great.

After the plane had landed, a different voice (FINALLY!) started to boom from the speakers, "All passengers, please gather all luggage and belongings and exit the plane. We hope you had a wonderful flight!"

I instantly rushed over to where I had stored my suitcases. Only one problem, I couldn't reach them. Louis must have seen me struggling because in five seconds he was behind me, grabbing my luggage and carrying it outside, along with his and his mother's. I smiled and skipped behind him.

Outside I almost fell down the stairs exiting the plane, because there were six Mustangs parked infront of us,  all of them different colors. Each one having a name card written beautifully with one of our names on it. My Mustang just happened to be the orange one, my favorite color. Louis's Mustang was a shiny red, Niall's Mustang was silver, my mom's was pitch black, Mrs. Tomlinson's was pink, and Liam's was green. I looked around for Zayn's and Harry's cars, but they were no where to be found.

"Zayn and Harry will ride with me," Louis stated and hopped in his car, clearly forgetting about me because he sped down the road and out the horizon. I sighed, and Liam looked amused.

Mrs. Tomlinson spoke up, "Everyone, follow me and we should get to Stone Cobbler in twenty minutes." Everyone nodded without a word and got in their cars.

I was the third car in the line, and I was following Liam. After a lot of winding roads along the beaches, we passed a sign that said "Stone Cobbler" in fancy cursive letters. And just like Mrs. Tomlinson said, we got there in about twenty minutes.

The beach house that we parked at was stunning, and my mom gasped as she exited the car. It was a ginormous triangle on stilts, to protect us incase of a flood. It was also all made out of wood, with the simple fact that it was  glass windows roof to porch. There were three front porches, and a winding spiral staircase lead up to the front door. In the back I could get a glimpse of the private beach. And I looked up to see Louis take off his shirt through his bedroom window. I almost fainted, but I stood up wearily and grabbed my suitcases, then headed for the stairs.
