19. Chapter 16. Leaving the hospital

A few minutes later after Sparkle left, I took a deep breathe and let the last tear fall. I felt so relief explaining everything to Sparkle. She's the only friend I open up too and the stuff I say to her,  I can't say to my mom. The minute I walked out of the room I saw worriedness on my mother's eyes. "Hey Ginny. The doctor wants to talk to the both of us." she said. "Okay I said." as I followed my mom into the office.

The doctor was already in his office. He greeted us the moment we walked in. "Hello Ginny. How's my strong patient doing?" he asked. "Good" I said not looking at anyone. "Ginny do you know why you're here?'' "Kinda.." I said. "Good" doctor Jones said.

Your mother and I been talking about you, Ginny. We been thinking what's better for you. I been giving your mother some ideas on ways to help you." the doctor said. "And what are the ideas you 2 were thinking?" I asked looking at the ground. "Well, for one. You and your mother should start bonding more often. Second will be, taking therapy. The last thing I thought of was, well I think is better for you to go to a helping center with kids with similar problems like you" Doctor Jones said. "It will b-" I cut in. "WHAT!?? YOU TWO WERE THINKING ABOUT PUTTING ME IN A MENTAL HOSPITAL! MOM. YOU CAN'T LET THEM DO THIS TO ME. I THOUGHT YOU LOVE ME! I THOUGHT YOU SAID YOU CARED ABOUT ME!." I said bursting my guts out this time. "I do care about you Ginny! It's for your good sake!" my mom said. "NO! NO! IT'S NOT. YOU ARE TRYING TO GET RID OF ME. I COULD SEE THIS COMING FROM MY DAD, BUT YOU?" I yelled at her. "WILL YOU SHUT UP AND LISTEN TO ME GINNY?" my mom said with sadness and anger. That was the first time my mom ever raised her voice on me.

"Doctor Jones, thank for the offer but I don't think my daughter needs to go to a special hospital." my mother said. "But Mrs.Jones, Ginny needs help. She needs special people by her said. How will she re-" my mom cut in. "Excuse me doctor, but I'm her mother. If my daughter doesn't want to go to a special place. She does have to. THE ONLY SPECIAL PEOPLE SHE NEEDS IS ME. THAT'S ALL. SHE DOESN'T NEED NO STRANGER. Thanks for the offer, but I'll help my daughter in another way. And that is the comfort of a mother." my mother said holding me on her arms, as we walk out the door.
