Catch My Breath *Liam Payne Love*

Kyra Moore has always loved fashion.
Though, at first she never got it to be her dream job, that changed one day.
She went to an interview and she got the job.
But her first client, she just thought it would have never been them.
Can she handle the pressure or will she buckle and lose everything?

15. Just Friends

*Date: February 26th, 2013*
*Location: Scottish Exhibition and Conference Center, Glasgow*
*Time: 10:00 p.m.*

The boys came running off from their last performance here in Glasgow, right now, before they’re return in April. They all still look pretty worn out from the past three days, two of which they spent in London, and then they’re day off being boys. I swap a secret glance with Liam, trying to tell him to follow me.

We needed to talk.

He gets the message and follows me away from the crowd. I lead him down the hallway, leading him to the lounge area, where no one else was currently occupying.

Once we get in, I turn around and close the door quietly, before turning back to Liam who is looking at me curiously.

“What’s up, Kyra?” He asks innocently, his brown eyes melting me already.

I gulp and look down at the floor, muttering, “What are we, Liam?”

He chuckles, “What do you mean?”

I lift my head up, sighing loudly, “Are we friends or more? I just want to know.”

He pauses before answering me, taking the question into hand. Half of me wants him to say friends while the other…wants him to say we’re more.

But I’d be okay with either at this point, because friends are what people are who just met and can stand each other…and we don’t know each other that well enough for a relationship as a couple.

“I honestly don’t know.” He lets out a deep sigh, crinkling his nose together.

“Well,” I say, choosing my words wisely. “I think friends would suit us right now, seeing as we just met. But we can’t deny that, you know, we like each other.”

He raises an eyebrow, smirking.

“So, you do like me, hm?” He says, cocking his head to the side, with slight amusement in his eyes.

I push him jokingly and nod my head, “I guess I just couldn’t resist the charms of the Payne.”

“But,” I continue. “I really want this job to work out and being with you could ruin it.”

“How?” He asks.

“People could just think that you asked me, personally, to be with on you tour. Or, if we did go out, and then we did break-up, I don’t think I could stand to be here anymore.”

Liam nods his head, understanding.

“Well, I don’t care about either of those things, I’d rather call you mine than to not to.” Liam raises his chin confidently.

“Well, good luck with getting me to say yes,” I laugh before turning around and walking out of the door…with a slight smile playing on my lips.

I gather up to the stuff from this wardrobe packing my stuff away, directing other people to put the clothes elsewhere, for later transportation. I check my clock; groaning as I saw it was almost 11:30 p.m.

I need to sleep so bad... shit; this is what it’s like every day for the boys? Well, I guess they can do it, seeing as their dream is their job so I suppose it’s worth it for them.

And now for me, my dream is my job, so it’s worth it for me to be sleep deprived too.
