13. Birthday

The next 2 days, we prepared for Zayn's birthday. it took so much work but finally we were ready. On Zayn's birthday, Niall took Zayn to go shopping for new beach stuff. As soon as they left, Lou and Harry helped Katelyn decorate the beach. Our theme was summer of a lifetime. We thought of it because summer was coming to an end and it had been great. I didn't want to think about the boys and I possibly splitting up just yet. With the guest on the way, the beach almost done, and presents all together, I checked on Zayn's cake. It was truly beautiful. It was Zayn and I sitting on the beach looking at the night sky. Of course we were in cartoon form, but it was adorable. I smiled. Abby walked into the kitchen. "It's time!" she said. "Okay just let me go to the bathroom." I walked to the bathroom. Once I closed the door, I immediately felt sick. I threw up. As a thought came to mind, I freaked out. +. That wasn't good. I walked out and acted like nothing happened. Zayn was back. "Babe!!!" he exclaimed, running to me. He kissed me softly and smiled brightly. I smiled back. For the rest of the evening, everything went as planned and the cake was a big hit. When it came time for gifts, I went last. I pulled Zayn aside. "What's wrong?" he asked. "Nothing!" I say. "Just wanted to give you my gift."I have two gifts. First, this." I gave him the engraved chain that said, "I'll love you forever and always." He smiled at kissed my softly. I smiled back then turned serious. "Second gift..." I paused. "A baby."
