Uncontrollable.

Valerie, 17 years old, and doesn't know what's happening to her. There's something wrong, but she just can't figure it out. Is it her past, is it what she doesn't know? The blanks in her memory? Something's changing, she can feel it. Valerie's always been different to other girls, temptingly aggressive, charming and confident. And by now, she's used to boys, and has dealt with cute, flirty, and sweet all before. But with the new boy next door, and every other weird thing happening in her life, Valerie's not sure she can keep up. Note: This is a fanfiction, but doubles with supernatural so it'll be a little bit different. Hopefully you guys like it anyway c: I actually wrote this one for my little sister, since she loved One Direction, but most of the other things I write are completely different, so I suppose I hope you like them too!

5. Thanks, Beautiful.

Valerie's P.O.V

I rolled over and groaned as the sun shone in through the window and straight into my eyes, Sunday morning. I sat up stiffly, and looked over to the clock beside my bed, 9:10. I sighed, stretching out my arms in front of me, and slowly making my way to one side of my bed. I stood up and walked into my bathroom, eyeing the wall I'd practically obliterated my toe on yesterday as I went past.
I decided to have a quick shower, hoping in and fiddling with the taps for at least 5 minutes.
Why is it always either too cold, or too hot?
Once I had gotten the temperature to just where I wanted it, I stood there and let the warm water relax me before grabbing my shampoo and washing my hair.

I turned the taps off, stepped out of the shower and quickly wrapped a towel around me, grabbing another to dry my hair with. Once I was done, I pulled my hair to one side and decided I'd deal with the ringlets that would surely form once it dried, later. I quickly applied foundation, and one coat of mascara before walking briskly out of the bathroom. I made me way over to my wardrobe, peering in and trying to work out what to wear. I decided on dark purple shorts, and a plain, loose black singlet. I got dressed, slipped some shoes on, and walked downstairs for breakfast. By the sounds of it, most of my family decided to do the Sunday morning sleep-in, so I decided to go out and get the mail before I had breakfast, just incase anyone tried to bother me with it later. I walked outside and made my way towards the letter box, but was only half way when I actually looked up to see a few boys piling out of a car parked right infront of my house.
What the hell?

Most of them were laughing, with one blonde haired boy in particular being poked in the stomach repeatedly by another boy with shaved hair. I giggled to myself a little, but decided to ask them if they were looking for anybody, as they seemed a little confused in themselves. But before I could ask, one of the boys approached me, and shot me one of the most adorable smiles I'd ever seen.
"Hey um, sorry about all the noise.." He said, gesturing a hand to the laughing boys behind him.
"Oh no, don't even worry." I replied, he was so.. polite?
"I was actually wondering if you might know where one of my mates is, you see, he moved in yesterday and we all thought we'd come visit him." He explained, blushing a little and letting a small smile escape as he spoke.
"Oh, actually, it sounds like he's right next door." I giggled, guess this is the band?
"Really? Have you met him already?" He replied, pushing his hands into his pockets and trying to act  as casual as possible. Just as I was about to reply, I heard some of the boys behind him go quiet. I glanced over briefly, are they talking about us? I looked back at the boy in front of me, giggling to myself as he looked uncomfortable knowing what his friends were doing behind him.
"Yeah, I guess you could say that.." I managed to say, a little distracted at the thought of him flirting with me.
He looked at me with a curious expression, and then quickly glanced around to the boys and gave them what I assumed to be a frown that said 'shut the hell up'.
"Sorry, they're uh.. sort of immature.." He stammered, seemingly nervous.
"Mm.. not a problem." I replied, flashing him a smile while realising my cheeks were going pink.
Blushing already?
He just looked at me for a moment, studying my face with what I thought to be, a pretty adorable expression.
"Well um, we'll probably head over now. Hopefully I'll see you later? I'm Louis, just by the way."
A little caught up in his gaze, I quickly searched for words,
"Oh, yeah, sure."
He turned around and indicated for the boys to go to the next house across and then swiftly turned back to me.
"Thanks beautiful." He said, turning and joining his friends as they walked over to Zayn's house.

Zayn's P.O.V

I'd only just came down stairs when I heard a knock on the door, followed by Louis' voice,
"Zayny-pooooo we've come for youuuuu!" I heard the rest of the boys burst out in laughter at his high-pitched, girly voice.
I walked to the door, and was tackled as soon as I opened it. I have to admit, I actually miss these guys.
"
Man, your house is huge! Are they all built like this?" Harry exclaimed, tilting his head back to look at the ceiling.
"I think so, I thought they all looked pretty cool." I replied, thinking about how Valerie and I's rooms are directly across from each other, and it's.. surprising convenience.
"So how about the girl next door?" Liam said, shoving me as he did.
They already knew about Valerie?
"
W-what about her?I replied, attempting to sound uninterested.
"Well, she's definitely attractive, and it seems like Louis' already on the prowl." He said, laughing and winking at Louis.
"I'm hungry.." Niall groaned quietly,
"Hey! I wouldn't say 'on the prowl', necessarily.. I mean a don't even know her name?" Louis replied, shrugging and laughing with Liam.
"Louis is officially, ON THE PROWL!" Liam yelled, throwing his arms up and then down around Louis, both of them still laughing.
Was I okay with this?
"I'm hungry.." Niall repeated, this time a little louder.
"I guess this time Louis' the flirt of the day, surprised it's not me for once!" Harry said, giving us all his regular goofy 'I'm so innocent' smile.
I stood there sort of awkwardly, it wasn't like a had feelings for Valerie or anything like that? Why wouldn't I be okay with Louis flirting with her?
"Mm.. maybe not today, Harry, but probably tomorrow!" Liam replied, smirking at Harry as he did.
"I'M HUNGRY!" Niall yelled, laughing slightly but frustrated that he'd been overlooked.
Both the boys and I were in hysterics now, Niall was so demanding of his food sometimes.
"So, breakfast anyone?" I said, using my hand to gesture the direction of the kitchen.
Before anyone could agree, Niall ran straight for where I was pointing.

After we'd all had breakfast, and laughed as we watched Niall stuff his face full of bacon and eggs and basically all the toast we'd made, the conversation about Valerie arose again. I hadn't actually thought about it for a while, just joking and talking with the guys for a while managed to keep my mind off her.
"So what do you think, Zayn? Should Louis go for it?" Liam asked, chuckling to himself as he did.
This is so weird, why am I feeling so protective?
"I don't know, uh, I guess, if he wants to?"I managed to blurt out, attempting to seem like I didn't care about the situation at all.
"Well, have you talked to her at all, Zayn? What's she like?" Harry added, pushing his plate away to indicate that Naill could have the rest.
All of them seemed to stop and look at me, waiting for me to describe her, I suppose.
"Yeah, I have a little bit. She's not like anybody you've ever met.." I replied, starting to let thoughts of her drift into my head.
"I think she's pretty!" Naill murmured through a mouth full of eggs, managing to spit a piece across the table as he did so. I laughed a little, and looked down at the table,
"Yeah, she's.. really pretty."
"So how should I talk to her? Oh and, do you know her name, Zayn?" Louis said, sighing a little as he blushed in front of all of us.
I don't want to tell him.
"Just go over there!" Harry exclaimed,
"Yeah, charm her with your jokes!" Liam added, winking and shoving Louis teasingly.
"Well I can't just walk over there, I need an excuse to?" Louis said, laughing as Liam pushed him.
"Well it'll have to be next time, because weren't we meant to be back by 11:30?" Niall asked, leaning back and rubbing his stomach.
"Oh shit! It's already 11!" Louis said, getting up quickly.
"Aw, sorry man, I guess we have to head off, we'll come back and visit in the next couple of days." Liam added, getting up too.
"Yeah, it's a half hour drive getting here, why'd you move so far? I get hungry while we're driving and Liam didn't let us stop.." Niall said, whining a little as he spoke.

After a few minutes, I'd said goodbye to all of the boys and cleaned up all the plates after they'd left. Why do I feel so jealous?
Just as I'd started to worry again, someone knocked on the door.

"Valerie?" I said, with a little too much excitement as I opened the door.
"Hey Zayn," She replied, allowing a little smile to spread across her lips.
"What's up?" I managed to say, moving outside to talk to her properly and closing the door behind me.
"Do you want to hang out?" She said, adjusting where her singlet rested on her shoulders and looking at me with the same daring expression as always.
Valerie wants to hang out with me?
"Sure." I replied, trying my best to not seem to surprised by her offer.
I followed her all the way from my front door, to hers, she let me in first, muttering a teasing 'ladies first' as she did so.
I followed her up the stairs, and straight into her room, which honestly looked like a bomb had gone off.
"So, not the clean type, I see?" I said, glancing at the collection of things sprawled over the white carpet of her bedroom door.
She laughed, shrugged and sat on her bed.
"You can clean it if you like." She offered, smirking at me slightly.
"Me? I wouldn't even know where to start.." I replied, tentatively looking over at everything I'd have to tidy.
"So, what do you want to do?" She replied, giggling a little at my comment.
"I don't really know-" I started to walk over to her bed, attempting to look as casual as possible while avoiding all the life threatening things on her floor.
But definitely not succeeding.
I tripped on what appeared to be a really weird looking toy bear, I toppled forward, and straight into her.

We fell back onto her bed, oh how cliche of you, stupid bear.
We were only inches apart, I could feel her breathe on my lips and my pulse getting faster. She looked at me curiously, and I couldn't help but blush at the sight of her eyes so focused on me.
I want to kiss her, I want to kiss her-
What am I doing?

I tried to get up, not being able to bear how embarrassed I was, she caught my wrist, and pulled me back down.
"Leaving so soon?" She asked, giving me the most satisfied smirk I'd ever seen.
Oh god,
Her expression was so tempting, pulling me to her, urging me to stop resisting.
So I did.
I pressed my lips against hers before I could even think, laying a hand on her side and pulling her closer to me.
What was happening?
She wrapped her arms around my neck, tilting her head a little as she did so.
She was kissing me back, oh god, oh god, oh god-
She parted her lips only just slightly, biting my bottom lip and slowly dragging her teeth off it.
Jesus.
I kissed her again, harder and more desperately, I slid my arm underneath her and held her closer against me.
"Still don't know what you want to do?" She managed to fit between breathes,
"Mm.." Was all I managed to reply with, as I desperately moved down to kiss her again.
