1. A promise of the years

Terror rained down on the palace, Paris and Helen were still guarding their baby daughter Persaius but Helen's old husband (Agamemnon) and his army where closing in. the only other person in the room was Helen and Paris’s chamber maid, Helen handed over Persaius to the maid (who was also a good friend).

“Hide her, please whatever happens to us I want you to hide Persaius and then when this is over please give her to the king.” Helen said before rushing out the door after Paris. The chamber maid did as she was told and when both Helen and Paris were dead she hid the sleeping baby girl in a basket under the bed, and then she climbed into the cupboard. Helen’s old husband had only attacked troy to take Persaius and when he could not find the child he grew so angry that he killed one of his own men. The army of troy killed most of his men but Helen's old husband got away and swore that he would be back when the child became eighteen and thus became ruler of troy. When the danger was over Paris and Helen were given a funeral of honour and the chamber maid gave Persaius to her grandfather (the king), the king vowed that he would raise his granddaughter to be a young, beautiful and worthy princess.
