The Adventures Of Binkleman The Brave

In memory of my dear little kitten Cougar who was nearly 2monthes old when he sadly passed away. Also in memory of the main character in this book. My sweet little Binx who became my first little black cat and died a while back now.

This book is dedicated to my boy Nathan who I finally got back because what happens in '!No Nathanial No!' really happened. I miss Cougar & Binx but at least I still got my dear Nathanial.

Hope you enjoy then, this may seem stupid to some but I promised Binx I would finish all the series and so here they are.

28. The Home Land Of Our Ancesters

The air got slightly hotter over the many days on the ship as we stopped at another sandy island. There were tall triangles made from stone that the Egyptians call pyramids where pheroahs were buried inside. There was a stone sculpture with a woman's head and a lions body. Me and Nathan climbed to the head and saw the river Nile. This land and all the people on it many years ago used to worship cats. Some of the people still do because as we walked by a few people bowed and offered us food and water. We happily took it as we were rather hungry and hot. There were a few cats here and there but not many. They were rather friendly cats that we stopped to chat with for a while before attempting to climb to the top of a pyramid using the cracks in the side to dig our claws into. We made it to the top. It was an amazing view with sand that seemed to go on forever. I had to help Nathan down again. It was rather easy this time though. We headed back for the ship as we headed on with our journey. It must end soon, that's all me and Nathan could think about as we got bored of walking the same old deck day in day out.
