The Adventures Of Binkleman The Brave

In memory of my dear little kitten Cougar who was nearly 2monthes old when he sadly passed away. Also in memory of the main character in this book. My sweet little Binx who became my first little black cat and died a while back now.

This book is dedicated to my boy Nathan who I finally got back because what happens in '!No Nathanial No!' really happened. I miss Cougar & Binx but at least I still got my dear Nathanial.

Hope you enjoy then, this may seem stupid to some but I promised Binx I would finish all the series and so here they are.

47. Sabre Wars

We decided to walk another way to get where our fake mother wanted to go. We came to another browny grass, deserted area. Our fake mother seemed scared though as she cowered down. We then saw why. She had been confronted by a male sabre tooth tiger. The aggressive looking male looked down at her, gave a slight grown I did not understand and then our fake mother got up. She nuzzled up to him and that's when I realized this must be the farther of the cubs. He also probably presumes we are his babies as well. Probably best that way. otherwise he may of eaten us for dinner. I suddenly freaked out as I saw more of these sabre-toothes coming from the rocky hill. They surrounded us. I realized that the fake mother and farther were obviously outsiders. The sabre-toothes all circled us, walking round and round. All of them growling and pretending to snap at us to scare us. Then they all leapt at us. The fight had begun. There were sabre-toothed piling in. All knocking each other to the ground. The cubs all sticking out the way with me and Nathan. Our fake mother was not fighting as well as the fake farther. He was fighting 5 at once, and winning. The fake mother had one really horrible, large female who kept getting her to the ground and by the throat, both kicking away at each other. Me and Nathan looked at each other and I said "This is horrible". Nathan then said "I do hope our fake parents win, otherwise we will be lunch". He gave a gulp as the cubs were squealing with fear for there parents lives. I then said "lets just hope they do win". Nathan kind of nodded with another gulp, added by a shudder.
