Tessa's Story

Tessa Jackson has been bullied since the 8th grade and has never had a break. The "popular" people, David and Nadia and their followers, bully her because she didn't have to try to get all the boys to like her, she didn't have to try to be pretty, and she didn't have to try to have a nice life. When they asked her into their group in the 8th grade and she said no, it all started. The bullied her to make her seem small, weak, unwanted. Tessa's whole world changes into a dark, lonely place. But Tessa's whole world changes again when she meets this one guy that makes her feel special, wanted, strong, and big. She gains back confidence with his help. But when she sees him supposedly cheating on her, will she be able to stay strong, or collapse and become what she was before?

Hey guys, i was in the mood and so now i'm writing a new chapter to better wrap up the story, and it'll be exxxxtttrrraaaa long (hopefully) for you guys!
~~~Neon OUT~~~
So, you're probably wondering about kids, family and such. It's been, what? 15 years I believe since Zayn and I and Nicole and Harry got married, so we are now 37. Nicole and I became pregnant at the same time at 29. Speaking of the twenties, Jack is 25. When our babies were born, they were both girls. Zayn and I named our baby Julianna Marie Malik. She has my eyes and Zayn's nose and my hair. Harry and Nicole named their baby Darcy Elizabeth Styles (Nicole picked Elizabeth and Harry picked Darcy). She looks exactly like Nicole, except she has Harry's curls. Now they are both 6, two days apart, Darcy being older. I had twins at 31, one boy and one girl. The boy's name is Luke and the girl's name is Tessa-Marie and they are both four. They have Zayn's hair and his eyes, but my complexion. Nicole had a boy and he is five. His name is Cameron. He has Nicole's hair and his father's eyes. Now we are both pregnant, I with a boy, and she with a girl. We haven't decided on names.
Now, onto Jack.
Jack married his high school girlfriend, LeighAnn Mae Frost. They got married at 23, both of them. They have one little girl, Julia. She is only a year old. LeighAnn is pregnant with a girl and they said they would name her Mari, short for Mariciela.
Anyway, now that you're all caught up, here's how my day went.
I was sleeping with Luke and Tessa-Marie in the bed along with Zayn when Julianna came bounding in.
"Mommy! Daddy! Wake up! Tessie, Luke, come on wake up!" She jumped on our bed and shook us.
I looked at the clock. 7:55 am. Ok so she's been up for about an hour. I swear her body is a working clock. She gets up at 7:00 no matter what time she stayed up until, full of energy bouncing around.
"Five more minutes," Zayn mumbled.
Tessa-Marie and Luke jumped up and started jumping on the bed, and more importantly our legs. Zayn and I sat up rubbing our eyes.
"What, my little bouncy ball?" Zayn asked, using his nick name for Julianna.
She beamed. "I wanna go to the puppy store and buy a puppy! A letter came in the mail slot and I saw it had my name on it, see?" She waved in envelope in my face which indeed had her name on it. "So I opened it and it had money in it with Grandma's name! There was also a letter and I could read some words but I had a little trouble. I think it was 'bout how I once told Grandma I wanted a puppy like hers and so she sent me money!"
I laughed. "Let me see the letter," I said.
"Ok." She handed it over with a smile.
I began to read it outloud:
Dear Julianna,
I know how much you wanted a puppy. You told me so when you came to my house and saw my new dog, Hanna-Lee. Well, I thought since Hanna-Lee needs a friend, I'd help you get a puppy. Here is $100 to pay for the collar, food, a leash, and any other needs. Happy puppy hunting!
                 Grandma :)
I smiled. Alright, looks like we're getting a dog.
*Two hours later*
Zayn pulled into the mall parking lot. Julianna, Tessa-Marie, and Luke squealed at the excitement of getting a new puppy. I smiled at their delight. They were so cute.
"Mommy," Julianna said. "Where's the puppies?"
I laughed. She's so eager. "They're over around the corner," I said as we walked into the mall.
We walked into the pet shop. Luke was more interested in the fish, so Zayn took him to go look at them.
Meanwhile, the girls and I walked towards the puppies.
Tessa-Marie squealed looking a cute puppy in a play pen with a family. They had a room with a huge window for all the dogs' kennels and sleeping space and the dogs to live, the window so families could look inside. Then three play pens to get to know the dog to see if you want to take it home.
Luckily, one was empty. A worker asked me which puppy we wanted to play with.
"Oh, ask her," I said pointing to Julianna. "It's going to be her puppy."
The worker leaned down and said, "Hello, what's your name?"
"My name's Julianna!" She said.
"Oh yeah? My name's Dawn. What kind of puppy do you want?"
She looked to the puppies. "That one, right there," she said.
Dawn smiled. "Ok, lets go get her, Julianna." They walked in the room as Tessa-Marie and I went to the pen.
Dawn came back and lowered the puppy down. She was a lab, I think. A white lab.
"This is not a named dog, and she's a white lab," Dawn said, confirming my thoughts. "She's 3 months old. She was found in an alley way a week ago, starving and close to...let's say sleeping for forever," she said for Tessa-Marie's sake, who was tugging the puppy's ear a bit. Not enough to hurt her, more like get her riled up.
"But she's made a lot of progress, as you can see," Dawn continued. "She eats a whole cup of dog food a day, and needs to be exercised daily, would that be a problem?"
"No, not at all," I said. Often, the kids and I get bored because we have nothing to do. Now we can take the dog out.
"Ok, well those are the basics," Dawn said. "I'll come back to see if you really want to adopt her in a few, ok?"
"Ok!" Julianna said. She stroked the puppy's ears and the dog wagged her tail.
"What would you name her, bouncy ball?" I asked.
"I'd name her....Crystal! Chrissy for short!"
"Oh, that's cute," I said and smiled. Chrissy, I like that.
The puppy leaped up, not scared anymore and started licking Tessa-Marie's face. She giggled and stroked the puppy.
"Well, Julianna, what do you think?" I asked.
"I want her! Please mummy, please?"
"Hey, it's your money. Alright let's play with her a little more," I said. Maybe the more she got to know us, she wouldn't be so scared in the car and wet it.
Just then Zayn and Luke came back, Luke carrying a goldfish in a bag and Zayn carrying a fish bowl with rocks, plants, and fish food in it.
"What happened here?" I asked curiously.
"Oh, he wanted a fish so much I told him he could have one," Zayn said.
"Yeah and Imma name him Rocket 'cause I'll teach him to swim fast mummy!"
I smiled. "I think that's a wonderful idea! Now, what do you think about Chrissy?"
Zayn smiled. "She's adorable, almost as much as her new owner and the owner's mother!"
I smiled brightly.
Dawn had just come back. "So, what do you say, is there goin to be a little white lab in your car driving home?" She asked hopefully.
I smiled. "Nope."
Dawn's face fell.
"Not just Chrissy, but the food, the collar, and a fish too!"
Dawn perked up and laughed. "Alright, let me ring you up."
Julianna's money just about bought everything from the dog food to the dog kennel to the collar to the dog. Zayn and I had to chip in a bit on the kennel, though.
When we got home, no wetting of the car incident, thank ghe Lord, we spread newspaper over Chrissy's kennel and locked her inside until we would go for a family walk in a few minute after we put everything away.
Once we did and I helped Luke set up his fish in his room we put on Chrissy's leash and walked out the door. Luke was riding his tricycle, Julianna her scooter, and Tessa-Marie was in the double stroller. Tessa-Marie's short black hair was all scruffy and she looked like she would fall asleep any minute. I smiled down at her and as she drifted off to sleep I covered her with a blanket.
Zayn and I switched between walking Chrissy and pushing Tessa-Marie.
The dog stopped to do her business and Luke asked, "What's the doggie doing?"
"You know how people use the bathroom and the toilet to go potty?"
"Mmhmm!" Luke shook his head so vigorously I thought it would fall off!
"Well, a doggie's potty is the grass. That's why we take her on walks, so she can do her business. When she poops, we have to pick it up so other people don't step in it. Right now she isn't so we don't have too," I explained.
"Oh, well, why can't she go in the back yard?"
"Because she needs exercise, and our yard isn't exactly the ideal spot."
"Oh, 'cause of da pool and swing set?"
"Yup! Now go, run along." I smiled at Luke's run. He's so cute.
"So, how was work?" I asked Zayn.
"It's going pretty good, Paul was easy on us today
"That's good to hear," I said, then for a few more minutes we were walking in complete silence with only the kids making noise.
After a minute, Zayn asked me, "Tessa, I will always love you and stay by your side for for ever. I love you, and I always will. Please tell me you feel the same way?"
"I do," I said simply. The remark reminded me of our wedding day, the best day of my life. I became a wife, a future mother, and someone's lover that day. I don't want to ever change that.
