5. Seeing red

I woke up the next morning feeling alive. I looked at my sister next to me and shook her awake.
"What Amaryth? Really sis. It is like, one I'm the morning." she complained. I smiled. I already knew what time it was. I also knew it would need to be this time do we could get away with this.
Since I turned sixteen I had changed a lot. Of course I still had black hair and everything, but it looked more emo. My black hair had turned form just plain black to black on the underneath and a golden blonde on my upper layer of hair, enhancing my Sapphire eyes, which had originally been green but when I met Ferocity Both of our eyes turned plain Sapphire . I loved my hair, actually. It was thick at the top, thinning all the way down my long black hair. It now had gold streaks in it and some side bangs. My sisters hair matched, but was slightly shorter. I was tanner than her and mostly wore black, while she preferred white. We were both unnaturally beautiful, considering who we are. We looked like the same person really. We were both tall, and everything. But I wanted something real fast.
She looked at me as an evil grin spread across my face. I grabbed her hand, helping her up. she stated at me suspiciously as explained it all.
"We need to be up at this time in order to do what I want to. Other wise our mother, Amaryana, would never let us go." I whispered excitedly. I don't know when I became such a... Rebel? I think it started when I saw Amaryana. Or maybe when i met Ferocity. Oh well. I don't care either way. I like it.
"What do you want to do?" she whispered suspiciously. I rolled my eyes, but didn't answer, just grabbed her hand, starting to leave the spot where we and Amaryana were sleeping. She frowned slightly but followed me as I set off at a run towards the edge of the woods. When we reached the edge I looked at the city below us. I had no idea where we were, but by the lights I would guess it was a big city.
I looked at Ferocity, wondering if she knew where I was. She shook her head, frowning. I shrugged. I would wait to get the tattoo until I know where we are and what is what. I need someone to show me the ropes.
"Come on. We're going to find a sucker to show us around." I announced, smiling at Ferocity. I grabbed my sisters hand and looked down. We were standing on a small cliff, just enough to wound, not kill, a human. Perfect for us. I looked at her and she was smiling at me, anticipating having some fun.
So we jumped. We held hands and jumped straight down the cliff, landing on our feet. As soon as my feet hit the ground i shifted. I felt my body do the uncomfortable transition from human to wolf.I looked at Ferocity to see she had done the same thing. We set off into the city after that.

When we arrived in the city I walked up to a lady. She was sitting on a bench in a busy park crying. Ferocity walked over to her while I walked into a gift shop.
"No! I don't! I told you that!" A guy in the corner argued with what looked like his twin. They had heir kinda like mine but it was styled more guy like. It was blonde with black underneath for the guy who said that, while the other was blue with blonde underneath. They both had ice blue eyes, though the black and blonde one was the tanner one of them both. They were about my height and extremely hot. I looked at where Ferocity was coming in. She stared at me.
"Hey! You left me out there!" she growled. I laughed and rolled my eyes, making her smile. Her eyes darted to the guys I had been looking at and she smiled at me.
"target?" she simple asked. I smiled and nodded. The guys turned to look at us just after I had turned back to her.
"Were in Seattle apparently." I said, smiling. She nodded, smiling.
"Amaryana told me that yesterday." she said. I stared at her.
"What!" I demanded just as I heard laughing from the corner where the guys were. I didn't care at the moment.
Ferocity nodded, staring at me. I started seeing red. You know, I usually thought that was a metaphor, but everything LITERALLY starting getting a crimson hint to it.
"Calm it." she demanded simply. I blinked a lot, trying to clear my vision and calm down but I couldn't. It just made me angrier that I couldn't keep myself in check. I started shaking from trying to hold it in when I felt someone beside me.
"shhhhh... Calm Amaryth." I heard a voice whisper. I was shocked when I felt my anger drown away. I felt a warm hand in my arm, comfortingly. I didn't want to turn and see who it was, afraid it would be my mother. I looked to see a shocked Ferocity staring at the person. I could feel their breath on my neck and was sure it wasnt Amaryana, but still didn't turn around. I was scared of who it might be, since they knew my wolf name. Just then I held my breath, turning to see the one who could calm me.

(sorry, this chapter is mostly a filler, but the ending is very important. Who do you think it is?)
